^Whoops, I'm too slow :p

Ladies and gentlemen, the Fan Art forum is happy to welcome not one, but two new challenges for your enjoyment.

The first, as some of you already know, is the Animated Icon Challenge, which will be run by dopebabygirl, and can be found here. As none of the other challenges allow animations, this will be something fun and different for you to try out :)

Secondly, we are introducing a new banner challenge. This one is kind of like having three challenges in one. It will alternate between each of the three shows. First challenge Vegas, second Miami, next New York, and so on.
Because there are so many challenges currently running, cinegirl and I have asked that this challenge run no more that once a month, and for the time being will be considered a 'trial run'.
I'll provide a link as soon as the thread is opened, which I will do ASAP.

Just to clarify the Sig Banner Challenge is still open, am I correct in that area?

I've had a few people ask me if the monthly one was going to replace it, now I couldn't answer them for sure so that is why I'm here.

Okay everyone, we need someone to run the CSI Icon Challenge.

ILuvJonathanTogo's been running it wonderfully for a long time, but schoolwork has taken over. She asked me to take over, but I am also starting school. Is there anyone who would like to run it? I'll run this next one, and I'll make the winners banners even after someone else takes over, but we still need someone to run it.

Takers?

Oh Meg, that was my fault! *hides in shame* Lilly contacted me and asked me what to do and I gave her the advice to post a request in here, and I forgot to tell you! *slaps myself* Peace-offer-coffee?

Thanks so much guys for taking over. There's just been so much chaos here, school and everything, it's been insane. Hopefully though,I can come back and run a challenge here and there. Again, thank you!

**Announcement**

cinegirl and I have discussed the current situation with the lack of challenge entries, and have come to a decision. We considered yet another challenge break, but decided to go in a different direction this time.

With the exception of the 1v1 and LIMS, from now on, the challenges will now run only once each per month.

This will continue until January 1st (or around there), when we will open discussion with both the challenge runners and participants to determine if it will continue indefinitely.

As always, this is not meant as a punishment for anyone. We're just trying to slow things down a bit in here, and hopefully allow people to enter more of the challenges.

The LIMS and 1v1 Challenges will be allowed to continue on as they have been.

If there are any questions, please don't hesitate to ask!

A note to the challenges runners: If I notice that 2 challenges have the same deadline, I will ask you to change it. We want these challenges spread out a bit ;)
