I agree. I think Natalia could have had so much potential as a character. Everyone deserves a pity party once in awhile, but it's over the top with her.

Every week, I try really hard to give her a second chance... but after ten minutes, I usually end up giving up.

To be honest, though I HATE the character, the fact that she isn't getting much on screen time doesn't bother me. If you notice, she's been stuck somewhere in the lab for the past two episodes if I'm not mistaken...and for the 100th and Curse of the coffin epi, the part where they are all together as a team, she's not even there!

Well it's more along the lines of 70% hate for her, 30% wants to give her a chance - my best friend loves NBV so I try for her sake.

Now that I think about it, she really isn't ever in the group shots. Hmmm... interesting, very interesting. Perhaps tptb are trying to get us to feel even more sympathy for her for the lack of team bonding/acceptance? Oh how they connive for our despair.

I thought Natalia was ridiculous last night in the scene with her hair unnecessarily frizzed up with blood on her face and an "omgwtf?!" look. I don't know. Maybe that's just me. I also think she's being too nice and accepting towards her ex-husband. Honestly, he abused her. I should think that she'd rather not work with him or come into any contact whatsoever, but no. She talks about wedding rings and looks regretfully at him.

I don't know. I mean, I was willing to give her a chance because before Natalia Boa Vista seemed like a strong character with definite potential. But now, it looks like everything is deteriorating before my eyes. It makes me sad. But only a little bit.

Why WAS her hair frizzy and disheveled? I mean, she didn't get it wet, and as far as we saw she only fell on the glass.

I'm thinking there's more to the ex than meets the eye, and I hope it gets revealed that he, too, was a victim. I'm so tired of the "big bad abusive ex shows up and he's just so big and bad and abusive and oh, noes, por wimmins!" Would be nice if they actually gave him some depth. For example, we don't know that the abuse was prolongued. For all we know it was a one time thing. He says she ruined his life, and there's a chance she cheated on him. He also told Delko, "she took something from you."

Would be kinda cool if it was revealed that Natalia married Nick, conned him, took his money (would explain why she's rich), cheated on him, etc. She could be Miami's very own Saffron (for those of you who watched Firefly). The way Nick talked about her gave me the impression that she isn't as saintly as she appears to be, and considering the way she handled Delko and Ryan, I'm thinking there is some truth to Nick's accusations.

*points to above post* Oh, hun I agree with you about Nick 110%. There is more to Nick than meets the eye, and even more so with Natalia. Something is up with her - and I think Natalia "isn't as saintly as she appears to be" either. She's got a few tricks up her sleeve that we have yet to see.

Again with the lab explosion - I am very surprised that it came off the way it did. I'm a klutz - when I trip on a pebble, I do some major damage to myself. If it was me instead of her and all that glass shattered, I would've flatlined. Yet the super diva only gets a bitty scratch. I know it's TV and all but come on! And considering who it happened to, I'm surprised they didn't put her in a coma to make it even more dramatic.

She has... Well except for Curse of the coffin she did get to swab the guys fingers..:lol: and search the Vehicle.. but she was by herself..

Good point.. I don't think that Ryan, Calliegh or Eric really trust her. I'm sure that Calliegh was so conserned about her after the lab incadent.

I think it's fair enough to use the line: "can't trust her as far as you can throw her." It's complete and utter hogwash for tptb to have the viewers believe that she has been accepted as a CSI so easily. Despite her good intentions (only reporting the good stuff about the lab), she was still the mole. She jeopardized the lab;I'd say trust would be the biggest issue at hand yet it's disconcerting to see how they haven't really mentioned her former role (with the exception of Ryan). The team may not be as close as they used to be pre Speed's death, but they're still a team. Trust is highly valued. Especially among the brethren of cops. They need to show the team having a pow wow about her in the locker room.

What bugs me the most is that they haven't addressed how eric is dealing with the death of his sister, and now there are some speculations that H and BV might have something? Oh SH** is going to hit the fan! (did I say that right?)
