Talk LIMS 7: Final Voting!

I thought of a couple different ways to do this, but I decided I'd take pity on y'all, and just use the simplest way.

Voting Rules:
~ Please vote for the top 3 in each category
~ Please order your votes most favorite first, second second, etc.
~ Comments are not needed, but are certainly welcome :)
~ The four finalists should not vote in this one please
~ The winner will be decided by a total of all three categories
