20: Awesome colouring and I love the text and what it says. :lol:
15: Good colouring, and I love the yellow text. Stands out.

Wow, I had a really hard time choosing in these, they were all good.

04 - I know you tried to make his eyes more blue, but it still has to look natural. There's something off with this one.

18 - Best colouring, good cropping, good job.
17 - Love the black and white and the little line under his name. Works really well.

12 - Image looks like nothing was done to it.

17- the test box is oddly placed. It covers a corner of his face

I wanted to vote mine least, but you can't vote for your own icon :p mine's really bad !

06 - a bit dark and kind of odd cropping
09 - it's a bit blurry and looks like not much has been done ( looks who's talking ! :p)
19 - my focus goes out to text rather than the picture, it falls away a bit ..

best:
04 - WOW !! you really did that without layers ??
20 - it is a bit blurry, but it's not disturbing ! I love the colours ! and your cropping stands out from the rest !

4 - The eyes do not look natural, essentially Tyler looks like a zombie.
8 - Overall the icon is dark so the phone looks like it is blending into his chin.
20 - Blurry and out of focus.

Best:
18 - Very clear and I like the cropping.
17 - The black ans white was a very good idea, stands out from the rest.

Awesome job everyone! :)

12 - Looks kinda of blurred, and as if not much has been done to the original pic.
09 - Kinda dark, phone seems to merge with his chin.
03 - The colouring is kind of odd.

Best:

06 - Good crop, simple yet effective.
17 - Nice crop, the colouring is effective, overall worked out great.

Well done everyone, they are all fab. :D

12 - The icon looks kinda blurry and it seems as if his head had been duplicated, moved a bit to the right and then faded...it might only be my bad eyes and I'm imagening things, but it looks rather disturbing.
16 - The coloring makes it look a bit too yellow and the icon is oversharpened which makes it look grainy.
19 - The gray coloring (I suppose) makes the icon look rather pale. Also, it's always better not to cut of too much of the body. Try to keep some of the shoulder in the icon, just an advice.

20 - Nice icon! The crop is cool, you kept all of the "scenery" in the icon and managed not to make it look overcrowded. Also, the text goes well with it.
05 - All in all a good icon. Tyler is not oversharpened but all smooth, the coloring looks so natural, kinda "peaceful". The color of text is nicely chosen and fits well.

12 - Edges around the face look odd...too sharp and cut off maybe?
19 - Dark and the coloring is a bit odd
