Stella/Melina #6: Rambo Stella. Bring it on!

Hey ladies! It was really great seeing Stella off the clock in Turbulence. She really looked great in the batting cages. I'm a Flack/Stella fan but I've got to say fireman dude love interest looks really cute. I'm hoping he wouldn't be a jerk. I'm actually intrigued by this story line for Stella.

I must say, cricket is sexier, body position wise. Baseball looks a bit uncomfortable. I have no knowledge whatsoever of baseball by the way, it isnt big at all here. To be honest, I always thought that the purpose of wearing the helmets was so u didnt get hurt by people hurling bats when they go to run. I laughed when I saw this pic, then I realised its actually for the balls. Im so ignorant. She looks mighty proud of herself in the second photo. And the fireman guy looks cute from what I can tell of the blurriness. Whats the actors name? So I can look him and see if hes deserving enough.

Heee, I'm quite the opposite actually! :lol: For the life of me, I can't quite understand the game of cricket even if my Aussie cousin has tried to explain to me the merits of said game for God knows how many times already! The helmet is used to protect a player from balls zooming towards his head at a speed of around 80 to 90 mph. :lol:

And the fireman guy looks cute from what I can tell of the blurriness. Whats the actors name? So I can look him and see if hes deserving enough.

Brendon Walsh (fireman dude) is played by Ethan Erickson.

Fab pics, Melina always looks great. Love the one peeking over her shoulder, too funny. And I'll just say again, it's about damn time Stella got a nice bucket boy to play stick ball with.

I'm kinda liking that all the characters are getting a little more meat tossed their way.

Especially beefy firemen. Can't go wrong there. Go Stel, competitive co-ed contact sports can be a lot of fun.

I agree with you Anj, she didn't have chemistry at all with the fireman. I don't think he was a cutie Also he became a bogus when she was trying to listen about the case and he kept this behaviour like a kindergarten kid asking for momma's attention

On the other hand i would love to watch the game and the whole team waving Stella (somehow i can't imagine neither Mac nor Donnie as cheerleaders LOL! Not with those short skirts at least LOL!

I think Stella sparked with Brendon. I think Stella deserves a life outside the lab. It seems to me that Brendon Walsh is a good guy and he might be just what the doctor ordered for Stella. And this is coming from a die-hard Flack/Stella fan.

Yes, it's a co-ed game between the two departments and I agree, I'd love to see that one on screen as well. Firemen look really hot in their gear. Haha, pun intended. :lol:

I'm really glad Stella's getting a shot with a cheerier line, at least in the romance department. Happy for her to start a lil' sumthin' up with a firey. Brendan is cute, looks nicely um solidly built, and hopefully the writers make him a good guy. Stella deserves a better go round by them this time.

I can see both sides about chemistry. I thought there was chemistry there. Restrained maybe, but not absent. It kinda felt like a not-so-subtly subtle introduction of how they previously met, and I'd even be willing to take how he hung about waiting during her phone call as that they already know each other somewhat. I mean also, can you blame a guy for being dismayed that his view of her batting posture was being taken away by a call from work?

I'm patiently curious and hopeful for how it's gonna go down. Instead of having sparks fly outright, it looks like there's gonna be lots of opportunity to see a flirtation play out, and that can be lots of fun. I'm confident a man who plays with fire for a living and a sci/de-tech-tive can figure out a how to light things up.

As far as the game goes, of course I'm for PD to win, but that also only means there might be a few disconsolate firemen to comfort after the game. I'm utterly conviced there's ways to make them feel better.

TPTB aren't the most consistent in maintaining continuity, but I hope they do revisit the baseball thing, even wider than the scope of the romance. It would be fun to see her and all of them outside the labs having some fun. Maybe snag a game in Yankee Stadium before it goes down. Whatever. Would be fun.
