Hi everybody,
I'm afraid I've a spot of bad news. Due to the unfortunate occurrence of a dual account, I've had to discount a certain vote. This changes the results a little bit. I'll be recounting and reposting the winners soon, but for the time being, I'm a tad busy and so it may have to wait until tomorrow. Before I do that, though, let me say that all the banners, whether they won or not, were excellent and you should be proud of yourselves. Don't let this discourage you from entering future challenges!

Firstly, let me once again reiterate that all banners were amazing, and thanks to everybody who entered. Also, thanks for all the support you guys have given me. It's much appreciated, and thank you for understanding. It means a lot to me. *Cookies for everybody* Here are the updated winners!

First I wanna thank Chloe for all the work and the support she invested here because of the appearing of a dual account.
Which leads me to the next point:
Please read the Board Rules! Dual accounts are NOT ALLOWED.
Some people might think that it won't be realized by anybody if they open a second account - well, you see: that's not right!
And it affected this challenge extremely, what makes Wyoming and me kinda angry - and it's not that easy to make me angry, I can't speak for Jess right now .
The challenges should be fun and they should go off fairly and without trickeries.
Though the poster I'll keep anonymous here didn't want to cheat, it affected the results and now we had to change a winner's name. (I'm really sorry about that LoveCSI, I hope that you'll join the next challenge, though.)
That's why Wyoming and I are thinking about some measures, I'll let you know what we'll come up with.
For now that issue is solved, and hopefully we can go on without further problems.
As Chloe already mentioned, all the banners were amazing, and it's always a pleasure to see all the lovely entries you guys come up with, so please keep them coming!
