Hey I noticed some of you had moving banners how do you make them? I was just wondering as 1-They rule! and
2-I cant make em!!! Iv tried and tried but I just cant do it!! So I come on here and look at you gorgeus ones and it makes me sad! So I am determined to learn so if ANYONE has any help they can give me please do!!!

It didn't turn out how I expected but your more then welcome to use it.
