Thanks everyone for the spoilers....finally I can say: "I can't wait for next week"

It's been a while since I've seen a promo like this or that I've been waiting for such an episode. The storyline sounds great....especially Natalia's part and I can't wait for Ryan to stop Natalia's madness :lol:
If only he could stop me like that :devil:
 
As if keeping your job in this economy wasn't hard enough, Eva La Rue's character Natalia Boa Vista puts her entire career on the line when she takes aim at Horatio (David Caruso) on Sunday's episode of CSI: Miami (10/9c, CBS).
When Boa Vista doubts the story of a murder suspect (guest star Shawn Hatosy) who suffers from gruesome visions, but has no recollection of killing the victim, she goes undercover to see if he could possibly be telling the truth. "It's a very different episode from what we normally do," says La Rue. "This opens up in Shawn's [character's] nightmare. Blood is all over the walls. You're trying to figure out what's going on."
To make sense of his visions, Boa Vista visits the psychic (The Daily Show's Beth Littleford) he blames for the murder he supposedly committed, and becomes drugged, herself. "The drug is a weed derivative, and erases your memory. You hallucinate like crazy on it," says La Rue. "One recurring theme is that you see a glowing orb for a face. So people become very faceless, and you either think they're monsters, or they're aliens. So I think that it's my ex‑husband coming back to kill me."
Unfortunately for Horatio, he's at the other end of the imagined attack. "She's in a lot of trouble," says Caruso. "Firing at your cohorts is tricky business and difficult to explain if there were to be an inquiry." But Boa Vista isn't likely to get fired for taking pot shots at her boss. "Horatio, true to his spectacular form, keeps it quiet," says La Rue. "But it can't mean a big promotion any time soon for Natalia."

I was thinking the exact same thing about The Scarecrow, it seems like they've been doing a lot of fraky trippin drugs in the Entertainment business, first it was Batman Begins, then Chuck just did it, and now CSI Miami. It's getting kind of old

The themes in Miami and other shows are a rip off of other pop culture or top stories in the news. Writers grab things/ideas from all sorts of places.
For example, last season we had an episode called, "Dude, where's the groom" which was a knock off of the movie, "the Hangover" and previously to that Miami did a knock off of the show "the bachelor" just to name a few.

I am not sure when they are going to air "Reality Kills" but I am assuming they pushed it back due to CBS wanting CSI:Miami to have a Halloween episode this year. We shall see if "Reality Kills" airs on Nov. 7th.

Miami seems to be the only one out of the CSI franchise that really relies on using other pop-culture events for inspiration. CSI is pretty original with their storylines, and NY does a pretty decent job of using "original" material as well. I put original in quotation marks because there's only so many original ideas out there. ;)

(Don't forget that you can edit your post too, instead of double-posting. ;) )
