Maybe Sara is working as a secret agent for the FBI and is holed up at Grissom's.

I dunno..I'm just guessing..it sounds interesting..though..

Maybe Greg knew all along.
 
I always thought Greg's reaction in 'You kill me' was because he was upset that Sara left without saying goodbye. After all she was supposed to be his friend.

I'm not a big Jorja/Sara fan but I must agree that Jorja looks really pretty in that first pic.

I think I interpreted this differently than most people did ... I assumed the narrative about what Cath and Nick thought about Sara's whereabouts was just the author filling in the backstory from last season. I mean, Cath and Nick wouldn't seriously think she was just hanging out with her mom for a year, would they? I'll be shocked if there's much of a Sara storyline on this one ... I love the character but she was such a focus at the end of 7 and beginning of 8 and the show is going to need to go on without her again, so I assume she will have a small supporting storyline but nothing too intriguing. Then again, I could be wrong ;)

TPTB have quite a challenge before them at this point ... keeping up the crime drama portion of the show while getting everyone ready for the show to go on without Grissom or Warrick ... and all this personal angst that Grissom is supposedly facing. And of course, those of us who are Sara fans get to deal with her leaving *again*. I have to say that I'm open to watching the show after epi 10 but I sincerely hope that we don't end up seeing all 3 of the main characters who are leaving/have left being broken or dead. That's gonna make it a little hard to stay attached to any of the remaining folks ... at least for me.

just from my own personal experiences, they usually come into stores about a week later then the release date. i just bought the August 22nd issue. i'm now getting them by mail though. way way easier. :thumbsup:
 
Okay, here's my interpretation of the article...

-First off, I'm glad to know that death is not an option for Grissom. :)

-Second, I think when Billy talks about losing Sara and Warrick, he's talking about season 8 and 9 because even though she's coming back, I'm sure he hadn't fully adjusted to her being gone.

-Lastly, I'm wondering if the "unexpected turn" in the GSR relationship will be a kid. Now, I don't mean pregnancy, I think that could turn a little soapish, but maybe Grissom and Sara will adopt. I think that would make people think of Grissom and Sara differently like the article says because not only would they be becoming parents, but I could see them adopting an older child (like 10) which would be even more difficult.

Isn't Sara's mother in jail for killing Sara's father? I remember Sara doing that computer search that said "The People vs Laura Sidle". So, apparently she was taken to court.

What if something happened to Lady Heather's ex husband (who had custody of their granddaughter) and Lady Heather asks Grissom (along with Sara) to raise her granddaughter (cause maybe she's not well enough to do it herself or doesn't feel she is). That would kind of be an interesting twist.
 
Yes, Sara's mother is in jail and she probably out now. Sara probably find out that her Mother is out of jail, so she left for San Francisco to see her mother and after that, who's know where she is.

I think Sara's mother has been in a mental facility, not jail, and it's not a year for the team.. it'll pick up like it was before she left, like 6 months, and they've always been in touch, the phone call, and he told Brass, and Cath [how long have you and Sara been together] they've all been wondering, but he's private, and gives them nothing.. it's really none of their business:rolleyes: and I don't think they'd adopt a child, when they can have their own, imagines run rampant right now it seems.. I just want to focus on Warrick and the lowlife McKeen and see that he gets what's coming to him and the whole team will be on it, like in the video Ecklie "our #1 priority is Warrick Brown". right on Conrad:thumbsup:

Actually, it was mentioned in the episode "Committed" that her mother Laura was in a mental institution. I'm not sure what's transpired, whether she's been moved to an assisted living/group home situation (they've been closing mental institutions around the country, nowadays you have to be a serious danger to yourself or others or else unable to function without serious help to be in one long term.) Plus, most hospitals do provide for visitation by loved ones.

So, either way, her visiting her mother in SF, or having visited her mother in SF may be plausible. Or, it could be that Grissom doesn't know, and he just said that to Brass to keep him off his back. We won't know until the premiere.
 
All of this discussion is based on interreptation of the the pics being posted right. ;)
 
Who is the guy supposed to be way on the right, next to Doc Robbins? :lol: That is a major photoshop photo.
