I found the same info, and the title is correct. 806 - Who and What:

A cop is shot by someone he pulls over, and A child playing baseball discovers a man covered in blood when he runs to retrieve a ball, the man reaches out for help but the kids screams, paramedics come. Not much on this one yet. There's a scene involving Nick as well. When I find more I'll let you know.

Also Sofia is in this episode.
 
These are just my thoughts, but I don't really think people knowing about Grissom and Sara's relationship will be that bad. Keep in mind only Catherine, Greg, Warrick, and Nick know, and I highly doubt any of them would go tell Ecklie or anyone really important. Also, no one really noticed that they were together because they hid it so well, so it might not be that huge of a problem.

Whew! That's good to hear! I'm not a fan of the jarhead look. Too tough. ;)

Sara's fate...it's always seemed implausible to me that Grissom would have a relationship with a coworker, let alone a subordinate. It's just not something that can be done without repercussions. He knows better. He didn't act on it for the longest time, probably for that reason. And to me, his character is destined to be distant and solitary no matter how much he desires companionship. It's just not who he is. And if they stay true to the character, then Sara is out of the picture one way or the other.

i, personaly, don't think they're referring to any relationship. on top of everything, we want sara to live, and i think that's what they are talking about. no, 'gsr fans will be pleased.' i don't really think, when they are saying these spoilers, they have any of the ships in mind. what i get, is that sara's gonna live:)

More importantly, can anyone tell from the promos if Nick has hair this year? :)

LMAO!!! i hope it doesn't change. i LOVE his hair the way it's always been. like i season 4, he looks best like that. i heard that he wants to change it up, but i REALLY hope he changes that thought. i love the way it is now:p haha

Well considering the S8 premier is supposed to take place right where S7 ended, everyone's hair should look basiclly the same. I'm sure they did their best to portray that.

yeah. i don't like it when the writers talk about a certain ship and like 'they're gonna be happy' and stuff. they writers shouldn't be writing to make everyone happy. they should be writing what THEY like and what THEY think is right. like, alot of people like GSR, but what (i'm saying WHAT if because i know alot of the writers actually do like GSR) WHAT if they didn't actually like it? they were just writing it because alot people like it? if something like that happened (which might happen sometimes) then that's not right. so, i'm hoping that they aren't actually talking about pleasing the GSRers/nonGSRers, because they shouldn't really be concerned about that. they should be concerned about Sara and the plot of the crime, not the plot of GSR.

that's just my imput, feel free to disagree. i don't care.
 
The writers have some interesting choices to make with this opener. I keep thinking back to some quoted statement about it being "smart" and wondering how they can pull this off without some degree of character assassination, and I don't mean just actual death by dying.

I agree I like Sara independently of any relationship an I don't want her to become invisible like Warrick's wife unless Jorja wants to do something else of course but she hasn't seemed to indicate that she does.
 
tina wasn't in the picture before or after the wedding so i don't think we can compare her w/ sara. but i know what you're saying. i hope they don't turn her into just a love interest for grissom. she's brilliant and hardworking and driven and a grea csi... it would be really sad if they turned her into just his better half. i don't know whether to think she'll stay and be the same, stay and be different somehow (job/relationship wise) or if she'll die
just too many damn questions...

Actually she has listed many things she wants to do, she's got a production company "HONEYPOT" and a girls musical group, she's involved in, and has stated she wants to 'travel' all on her sites jorafox.net and purejorja.org, and I'd never compare her to Warricks wife, she's a paramount player on CSI, and always has been, My bet, the cast has convinced her to stay, and she will! *positive thoughts* ;)

that's exactly what i'm talking about! If they do indicate (with the spoilers) about any ship, even mine, i'd be mad because they show isnt' about pleasing the shippers, it's about the evidence and about their jobs. yes, i love the love stories tied in there, but i dont think that that should be the center of the show, or the spoilers. and, i dont think the writers would do that. i have faith in the writers, and i think they know their bondries.
