Well there might be some hope out there that this won't be the 'Sara and Grissom' show. Hopefully.

We are getting this information from a site that's centred around the relationship, so it might be skewed in that direction.
 
I just thought I'd tell everyone here that while I was browsing YTDAW it was confirmed that the Season Finale will be 60 minutes long. Of course, it's subject to change :)

ETA: Over at YTDAW they said Grissom and Catherine work the case (Interviewing Natalie, The Great Rainone)..

I haven't heard about any of the other characters, but I'm sure they're all in it.
 
OMG, Catherine and Grissom are actually allowed to work together!! That might make up for some of the bad storyline...
 
I hated that Brass's life and death struggle was pushed to the back burner.

And that's what I loved about last years finale (I don't hate Brass , don't shoot me) But for me the finale was about how you have to keep working even in the time of personal tragedies. Brass life and death situation was always lingering in the background and for me it made so much more sense than GD (which is not my favourite episode)where it seems like everything else stops the moment Nick gets kidnapped

Seriously? Gawd this finale is just gonna blow by like a tornado - massive destruction in a short period of time. Too much happening for just 60 mins - ridicules. I hope that changes.
 
It can always be changed. Remember Grave Danger? It was originally a 60 minute episode. then I think at the beginning of May or the last week of April they changed it to 2 hours. There's still hope.
 
i love last years finale. it was an interesting case and i agree i liked how they approached the whole "friend/collegue" thing. where they had to still work even though they were hurt. as for GD, that was one of my top 6 fave eps. i think they did a great job on that one.
 
Grave Danger is the best season finale, I love it. It my all time favorite. It brought the whole teams back together. I'm glad Grissom finally stand up to Ecklie to bring his boys back to him. Nick and Warrick belong to Grissom, so it Catherine too.

Yeah i agree GD kicked all of the finale's asses every where. It had an interesting story line that was totaly out of the blue, There wasn't anything that could lead up to it, brought them all together, it showed how much they care about someone.

This season's finale just sounds like an episode, and i think "Fannysmakkin" is going to be more sad.
 
I am just curious to see how they're going to wrap everything up in an hour? MCSK, Sara's kidnapping, etc. etc. Just seems like they're trying to fit everything in.. I guess we'll just see when it airs :eek:

Yeah i was just thinking about that to. I mean all the other episodes had two hours and last season finale pretty much had one story line?

I'm not excited for this finale at all. It sounds like they're gonna marginalize the MCSK by the time the ep is done just like they marginalized Brass's ordeal last season. All in favor of GSR.

ITA, with you two. These are also the reasons why I'm not looking forward to see the finale.

I read some spoilers and I think the reason why the MCSK killed all the people is really lame, I thought TPTB could come up with a better idea. I think CSI needs badly a few new writers, because when they are going this route next season I see no hope.

This season was all about GSR and Greg; I really hope that TPTB will come up with a story arc for Nick and Warrick the next season.

And I never thought that I would say this, but I hope the finale will be a cliffhanger, because I hate the long time periode between a season finale and the first new episode.
For example Grave Danger, it bothered me that Bodies in Motion played a few months after what happened to Nick.
 
Yeah but that is the one thing I like about CSI, they do not leave you with Cliffhangers to end the season. Cliffhangers make the summer wait so much harder.
