That's the title character from the movie "Dr. Seuss' The Lorax" (just saw a commercial for it this morning
) that comes out early next month. Someone was probably hired to put a constume on and walk around the studio promoting it. These days people will take pictures and they'll reach the web and you got cheap advertising. Brandon Jones (Charlie) was also in a pic with it. This is what he tweeted:
