Man, looks like another 'crossover' (for lack of a better word), with Ray.

You know it's going to be just him going to get Haskell and everyone else will be stuck in Vegas. So be prepared for an episode that is pretty much JUST Langston.

Sorta like 'Jackpot' and Grissom, however we loved Grissom ;)

I certainly hope so, the crossover before with Miami, NY and back to Vegas was one of the best 3 episodes to me ever, featuring Ray. I hope it is pretty much Langston, as I love him:p And Ray is not obsessed with Haskell, he just wants him to leave him alone, it's Haskell who's obsessed with Ray, for some unknown reason~

They REALLY need to make it a Catherine/Greg/Nick episode... It'd be so fun to see them in California!

NCIS: LA crossover, anyone?

Really, since Ray is so close to this case (being he was injured by Haskell and testified) he should not be involved in chasing after him. But of course this is TV and CSI and it sounds like another snoozer episode if it is all about Haskell and Ray and their obsession with each other.

It would be yeah :) and I don't watch NCIS: LA but that would be an interesting idea

but it will just be The Continuing Adventures of Ray and Haskell

Yeah he probably shouldn't be, could make a good part in the ep, but they won't do that, remember in Mascara, shouldn't have been working the case then cause he and the girl were close

Nick worked a case with Taylor Swift in "Turn, Turn, Turn" and he was close with her, this has happened many times on CSI. Just because one knows the victim, their still working the case~

Yes, but I don't remember anybody being stabbed multiple times by somebody and still being allowed to work the case, on any CSI show, he's way too close to this case. I mean, he's even beaten Catherine & Horatio on getting personally involved on cases, and thats hard to do

I'd love an Angel crossover if that show were still on lol.

I do have a harder time with stuff like the last crossovers that are centered on just one person...I never did watch Hollywood Brass for that reason...so I hope it's 'the team' and not the team of Ray.

And I now see what everyone was talking about with tonight. Man, what got into him? LOL

Nick only knew her by working cases at the hotel. That is not the same thing as this.

Langston is a victim of Haskell, he shouldn't be working on the case. As for 'Mascara', the girl was his student, again shouldn't have been working the case.

Nick was not involved with Swift's character on a personal basis.

Not too mention with Langston being a victim of Haskell, the defense could get everything he touches thrown out of court. Langston being involved does nothing, but jeopardize the case.

Remember when Eddie was accused of rape, Catherine was to be HANDS OFF for that exact reason.

Ray goes to Hollywood. Haskell episode. Yay. I hope there's a new episode of 'Parks and Recreation' that night. I love Thursdays! So many options!

Maybe contact TPTB and tell them this scenerio, they seem to know what their doing, so far so good. I realize all of this, but the writers tell the characters what to do, their not working on cases, just because they want to:confused:

It was also that way with the Sam Braun cases, they wanted Cath off of them. Although in one case, she snuck back to working it anyway.

How come so many people don't watch if a particular character isn't there or is too much the focus? If we like the show, shouldn't we watch for all of the characters/the whole show, not just one? I miss Grissom terribly, and am not as happy when some chars aren't there, but I don't stop watching personally. I'm not judging, just curious.

I hate to say it, but I think it's just what the show has turned into after so many years. It's not as novel as it was when it first came on, and the original team has been broken apart, and I guess after so many years for some people the only draw of it now is their favorite character. At least that's what I think.

I kind of feel that way too. From seasons 1-5 I can watch just about any episode and be happy and love it, even if Nick isn't in it much. But these days I'll admit he's the main reason I watch. I don't think the show itself is what it used to be, at least not to me.
