Personally I could careless about seeing his wife, although if she was played by anyone, I would love it to be Gina. I loved her on Firefly. :D
They have a daughter, Montana, who has hit the gossip sites big time today. Try an internet search on Montana Fishburne.
LaSquisita

This is not in any way a Season 11 Spoiler. If people want to discuss this, please use the Laurence/Ray thread.

And the daughter Montana is not with Gina, his sons name is Langston thus his name on CSI, and they're by his first wife, Hanja Moss. Sorry Smokey I just wanted to clear that up~

O/T Langton got two daughters and one son. Two kids from his first wife. Gina and Laurence got one daughter, like Desertwind said.

Back on topic: I wondering how Wendy will leave the show. Will she goes to school to learn more about CSI or will she do something else in case she don't want to do the lab or CSI?

Maybe she'll go back to San Fransisco where she came from when because they offered her a full time CSI position....

In keeping with what Smokey has ALREADY suggested...lets please keep anything and everything non related to actual spoilers to their proper threads. In this case, the discussion of Lawrence Fishburnes children and wives. That is why these other threads have been created. So that fans can post freely on their topic of choice/interest...to partake in conversation etc.

Perhaps she was offered an actual CSI position elsewhere in the great state of Nevada. If that is the case, there is (1) no death of the character and (2)a window of opportunity for the characters return should if ever happen....or be needed! Then she would be back, already well experienced in the field, and we wouldn't have to see them attempt another Greg and Langston....meaning, being trained for the field. Anyway, that was just a thought.

, I didn't realize until after I had what I had written, the you basically suggested the same thing KASEY.

Looks like sasha roiz (caprica) and Elliot Gould will be in an ep of CSI. Looks like it could be a pretty funny ep if Elliot Gould's in it:

Would that be episode 11.02 if they're filming now?

That's cool, I like watching Caprica and its good to see Sasha Roiz guest staring with Elliot Gould. These little hints only make me more curious about the plot of the episode. I think filming of episodes overlap, this might be for the 3rd episode. I'm not sure.

How often do they film on location in Vegas?

Exclusive: Elliott Gould to guest-star on CSI

Oscar-nominated actor Elliott Gould will guest-star in the second episode of CSI's upcoming season, TVGuide.com has learned exclusively.

Gould will play an old-school casino mogul who crosses paths with the team when one of his casinos becomes the crime scene. The episode will be particularly important for Catherine (Marg Helgenberger), whose father, Sam Braun, was also a casino boss.

Check out photos of the CSI cast

"We will find out more about the legacy Sam left Catherine in that episode," executive producer Carol Mendelsohn says.

Gould, 71, received an Oscar nod for 1969's swinging dramedy Bob & Carol & Ted & Alice and has appeared in dozens of other films, including Robert Altman's M*A*S*H and the Ocean's Eleven trilogy, in which he also played a former casino kingpin. On the small screen, he starred in the 1980s sitcom E/R and recurred as Ross and Monica's father on Friends.

Season 11 of CSI premieres Thursday, Sept. 23 at 9/8c on CBS.

I know me too! I've always been interested in anything involving Sam Braun and the casinos. :D

I knew the name sounded familiar, but didn't realize who it was until I saw "Ross and Monica's father".

I wish publications would stop using phrases like "sex bomb". It makes it sound like that's the only reason she's there. But, I hope the character is better than how these descriptions make her sound. But with Sienna playing the role, there's a good chance that the character will be decent. :)

A CSI insider told the Sunday Express: “She’s sexy, she’s sassy and, in her role as Kasey, she’s brainy and pretty lethal too. We’re delighted to have landed her.”
Be kind. ;)

Of course! :D I'm actually excited to have her on the show. I like Wendy but I think the writers failed making her other than the DNA lab girl and Hodges love interest. Not to mention she was only given a chance to shine one episode per season.
