Sadly, none of the spoilers released yet have made me feel really excited for the new season. Maybe once more actual details come in I will be, maybe.

I won't be surprised if Snooki or The Situation of 'Jersey Shore' makes a guest appearance or cameo role on CSI!

Yeah..now that would be funny..I can think of a few others too..let's see there's..

Lady GaGa..she could sing with Doc Robbins

Mr. Bean-let's have him work with Greg..they'd make quite the team

Jane Lynch could reprise her character, Sue Sylvester, from Glee..she could go to town with Nick over his hairstyles from the over the years.

Sue: You know Stokes, I never did like that shag cut, I swear the elves baking cookies in Schuester's hair once inhabited your hair until you decided to do the Paton look of 2007.

Ceasar Milan-the Dog Whisperer..because..well..why not?

Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow-he and Brass could have some rum together.

Lindsay Lohan..because..well..why not..

myfuturecsi - you are too funny!

Anyhoo I like Elliott Gould and look forward to seeing him on CSI. It might be cool to see Sam Braun again too. Bringing back a long dead character in flashbacks is a good idea, they should do the same with Warrick.

hi all,

So i googled Sienna Guillory(because I've never heard of her before) and my question is:really? that's the actress who is replacing Liz? Why oh why? Of course, de gustibus est non disputandem, but come on...Liz is so much sexier!
Nothing against the actress, but seems like they are trying to 'pull Calleigh' here. Another sexy and brainy bullet girl? No, thanks.

i agree im not overly excited about whos replacing liz in this series but till ive seen her in action im gonna hold out on my true view. she may turn out to be a good character once we are used to her.

i also wish they would stop refering to her as ''sex bomb'' its just not necessary. Its not why she is gonna be in this role.

I hope he's not pranking us, because this would be insanely cool! Anthony Zuiker posted on his Facebook:

Anthony Zuiker is happy to announce that black Sqweegel from Level 26: Dark Origins is going to appear on CSI on October 14, 2010. The episode is entitled "Sqweegel". Stay tuned to be scared to death.
CSI Files previously reported on the Level 26 project several times, including this post which describes Sqweegel as follows:
There are 25 levels used to categorize serial killers, but Special Circs is working to find the only man ever placed in a category of his own: Level 26. The man is called Sqweegel, and he is known to have killed more than 50 people over the span of 20 years. He rapes, tortures, mutilates, shoots, burns and poisons his victims. He is literally able to get away with murder because there is no forensic evidence to tie him to his crimes. He wears a full body suit so that he doesn't leave so much as a skin cell behind at a crime scene.
Now THAT'S something to talk about!! :)

Didn't they already have an episode where a killer wore a full body suit when he raped/killed women? And it took them awhile to find evidence to figure out his identity?

Not on Las Vegas that I recall. But that's not really what's so exciting to me about it. This Level 26 world that AZ created with the digi-novel...it's insane! Check out the website. To combine it and this character (Google him) is to me (listen up, CM!) more true event television than Justin Beirwhatever.

You could be thinking of The Strip Strangler episode at the end of S1 - he shaved his head and left no evidence when he killed his victims.

This level 26 thing sounds really exciting.

That's probably what I was thinking of. :) I think he shaved his whole body and that's why I thought body suit.

Regarding Kacey: I feel sorry for Sienna, having to play this 'bomb babe' who sounds like the living definition of a Mary-Sue. Oh for the days when tptb didn't see woman as nothing but sex objects to appeal to the average male viewer (even though most people don't watch the show just because the techs are 'sexy and sassy' and most viewers are female anyway :eyeroll: )

Regarding Sqweegel (who no matter how dark he is I can't take seriously because of his name): First things first- ANOTHER serial killer? Really writers, really?! Now...not too sure about this. He seems like a villain version of a Gary Stu. He's killed fifty people over twenty years and never been caught, and along with that he tortures his victims in every way humanely possible?

I'm guessing he's going to come in on a tricycle wearing a freaky mask and say 'Hello Adam, I want to play a game...'
