It's not a spoof. A spoof is an exaggerated comical retelling; I would say episode 10.12 will be more of a tribute, with crime elements thrown in.
You're welcome on the video Yes, it said in earlier spoilers that Natalia would cause a lab tech to lose her job... I thought Eric was supposed to have a relationship with the suspect from episode 4?
Kala: What does the message on your signature mean?
From Wikipedia: De gustibus non disputandum est is a Latin maxim. It means “one must not dispute about tastes.” (literally, "it must not be disputed regarding tastes") [1][2] The implication is that opinions about matters of taste are not objectively right or wrong, and hence that disagreements about matters of taste cannot be objectively resolved
Very appropriate here It's always been one of my favourite sentences.

Yes, Eric was supposed to be getting involved with the girl from ep.4 and it wasn't said yet that anything will happen between him and that lab tech. Hopefully nothing ever will.

Are the CSI: Miami writers thinking of giving Horatio a love interest this season? — Ash, via Twitter
ADAM: Thinking about it? Yes. This season? Maybe? "It is on our drawing board," producer Barry O'Brien tells us. "We're looking for the right opportunity. Closure with Marisol is the way we opened the season, so we're very aware that we have let the genie out of the bottle a little bit. It's something that we're working toward."
Well, Mr. O'Brien, you better hurry up. The ratings are tanking so fast, there may not be another season, let alone 18 episodes. Gosh, I wish sometimes they could just fire the entire writing staff and steal some of NCIS' writers.
