sophia(louise) back interesting she's sticking with her old roots instead of new green grass:thumbsup:

i could see cbs and the fans begging wp to come back although i doubt it will happen permantly as least, but it can't hurt to try i mean what do we have to lose

as for the new s10 promo:):D i need an even longer one like the whole new season and i need it now:thumbsup:

riley i say left b/c (1) not many liked her or are going to miss her(honestly im not going to cry over her going (2) when fish showed up the whole show went to him and tptb didnt develop much of her character
 
Nice to hear Louise is coming back. Beats adding new character after new character, only to have them either fail or having a hard time being accepted by the fans. Now I was never a huge fan of Sophia, but I surely don't mind the character.

You know they're bringing a lot of people back. Could this mean that Season 10 will be the final season? Or did TPTB realize that some people don't like it when characters just drop off the face of the earth?

Personally, I think that when we see everyone including Billy, Gerald, all the actors that played our fave detectives over the course of the show etc., in a single season, it'll probably be the last. You know, try to go out with a bang...but hey, I could be wrong.
 
There are horrible fires here in Californa and maybe they will have to shut down the Universal Studios:( and vegaslights your near them too, right? I'm out in the San Bernardino area, and they're all around us. Now the winds are picking up from the storm off Cabo:( here's a map for those of you who are interested, bad news~

Yeah I read that too, nice to see him mentioning Eric. Although it's not like he wasn't doing that in the previous seasons.. ;)

As for Sophia/Sofia, I like her (as a detective) but I don't really want to see her in every episode. I hope Vartann is still around.

I understand it's hearsay and all that. I was merely stating that WP is too nice of a person to try to come in and steal LF's thunder so to speak. And I don't believe WP got LF the job. Grissom got Ray the job. I believe TPTB courted LF because of his talent.

As a "guest star" WP would be wonderful and I'm sure everyone would welcome him back. I was merely replying to the attitude that some people have that the show is crapola because WP is not on it full time. I think that is just disrespectful to those who are working their butts off(go Eric)to continue to make this show the best of the best...:)
 
As for Louise/Sofia, looking over the article again, my friend and I think the wording seems a bit off (also, news like this wouldn't normally be posted on a backwoods site, at least I've never seen it).

I'm starting to become suspicious, but I'm also wanting to remain hopeful. :(

Yeah, I'm about an hour away from the Universal Backlot. The fires are really bad and full containment isn't predicted until at least another 15-20 days. We've had some fires around here too, but this morning we had smoke coming in from the Station Fire, which wasn't all that nice. :rolleyes:

I don't think it's true, at least not yet. If she was coming back you would think tptb would make an announcement about it or mention when they're discussing other things.
 
That is a bit odd, that our own FILES, hasn't made the annoucement about Louise, they did when Sara was returning.. maybe it's all smoke and mirrors [on the smoke, no pun intended]:cardie: I was on the understanding that she was back in England doing a whole new project, so this is weird:confused:
 
The recent spoilers are good.I liked Sophia becouse she was great with Brass ,Nick and Catherine.Hopefully we will see some banter between them.

I hope Grissom follows next.:)
 
Wow, Eric is getting something new finally and Louise is coming back! Sofia was always nice to Greg. Maybe that two news are connected , maybe not. Maybeee Greg will be a detective? That was a joke, please don't take it seriously! :) Maybe his book will be published or... OK my maybes has finished for today :wtf:
