No, he used it in order, but the kidnapper changed the numbers around to include his vest and equipment as "mock" evidence. I noticed that too and first thought it was a mistake, but it was a sick joke by the kidnappers. *nods*

I've just watched it, just to make sure. When Nick arrives at the scene, he deposits #1 at the entrails, #4 near the cigarette butt, and #3 near double tire tracks. Then he sees the coffee cup in the bag, gets closer, and is attacked. When Gil and Cath arrive, they see: #1: entrails, #2: a single tire track, #3: the double tire tracks, and (you're right) #4: Nicks's vest and equipment as well as the cigarette butt. So, I think we both are right, right?

hm, I'll have to watch it again, I guess.

Edit--after watching the beginning again, yes, he does go in the order: 1,4,3...then kidnapped. Odd, I wonder why they missed that? Maybe they shot the scenes in a different order, then mixed them up while editing and didn't notice.

Another scene that is out of wack in Grave Danger is when Nick is in the coffin and is trying to get the gum out of his pocket. His watch in on the wrong arm. Nick always wears it on the left and this time it was on teh right.
Another oops I caught was when Robert David Hall was starting to become a regular on the show. Nick refered to his character as David.

one time, i forget which epi but there was the dead girl on in the morgue and she like had a twich in her throught or something. it was so funny

I found two goofs. First one in 1x16 ( too lazy to look up the title ) where Gil calls the dogs "girls" but you can see that one of the dogs, the labrador, is male.
Second mistake ( if you want to call it so ) is that in one scene ( cannot remember the ep ) when Greg (?) is talking in the corridor outside the lab to another character you can see in the background the same woman walking by twice in following shots.

I'm not 100% sure if it was a mistake, but in season 5, episode "iced" - at the beginning, before the credits, Tripp takes the girl's bra off. When the CSIs walk in, it's back on again. Or did that just happen off screen because the show couldn't show her bra-less?

In "Felonius Monks" you can clearly see one of the dead monks (first one in the picture, I guess) in the morgue inhale deeply
Remembered another one: In "Burked", when Nick is processing the doggy door and tapelifts prints, they show a close-up of the door. And it so is NOT his arm in the pic, the arm is covered in black hair and still gives me unpleasant shivers all over :devil:

ok here's one you know in the episode "Spark of life" in season 5 well at the start of the episode the girl the Gil find that he think is dead because well every part of her body is burnt well if you watch it again you will she that her eyelash's are perfectly intact lol

theres an episode of new york i cant remeber which 1 but montana mac and hawkes are standing there and just at the bottom of the screen you can see the prompt tape on the floor!!
