Ryan/Jon #23: 'A Different Kind of Hero'

It's cool that they're at least considered. For some reason I could see Eva LaRue being actually nominated just because she's more well known than Jon and Adam, even though this season sucked for Natalia. Jonathan would obviously deserve it more especially for this season, but I doubt any of them will. I'll still try to remain hopeful though. :lol:

^ I agree with you luf. Based on the show's past history with the Emmies ,I would be surprised(okay shocked)if there were nominations, but I remain hopeful also. There is always a first time for everything right?

Wasn't he though? I was reminded of that on Monday when they repeated "Wrecking Crew". He makes Ryan so human (and I mean that in the nicest sense) and when needed brings a touch of humor. I understood, being afraid of heights myself, his discomfort being so high in the air, and trying to be so brave. He conveyed it so well:thumbsup:

That is what I really like about Jon too. He brings the character to life and makes it believable. Another thing that I really like is that I feel Jon's acting makes us feel like we are "there" too, or at least I think so. In Wrecking Crew, you could almost feel as if you were up in the crane with him, and in WISC that you were going through all of the stuff with him.

Yep, I agree. He definitely makes Ryan seem like a real person, even though the show doesn't give us a lot of information on Ryan's personal life. Jon deserves some recognition for his acting.

This is random and completely unrelated... but I think Jon needs to get Twitter. :lol: I'm so obsessed with following celebrities and some of them are pretty awesome. It sort of makes fans feel closer to the celeb I guess. I just think it's a good idea for celebrities to do this! :lol: Plus it makes it easier for them to deny rumours too.

I haven't trusted much on myspace since I found out a page was fake for another of my favorite actors last year. Ther person initiatially passed himself off as the actor,but some of the things that were posted just didn't fit. Then a disclaimer was posted that it was only a fansite,then the page was pulled.
Twitter may be the way go.It just sucks that we hear nothing the entire summer about him but we get tidbits about some of the others.

I ever thought that Jon's myspace side is a fake so I wouldn't trust the things they write there. But I read somewhere that he has his one facebook account. But I don't know it for sure...
