Running

I hate running, especially the mile. The coaches for Track and Field at my school are always trying to get me to join though. I would like running if I was fast, but I am pretty slow. It takes me about 10 minutes to run a mile. I am sure that if I got in shape, then I would be faster though.
 
I am training right now for the police tests....i have never really been good at running! I am getting there, i just need to lose some weight, and it will be easier!
 
i started few weeks ago - well, basucally it was a bet i didn't want to lose :D
and i kept doing this, lost few pounds :D und my legs are firmer
 
Well I have given up running. It did help to get my mind off of reviosion and exams but I have this 'Dropped Arch' or something like that in my feet and it makes it quite painful to run or walk a long distance. I did buy these things that you put in your shoes while you run but they just make your feet ach! So im back to wondering what to do to keep fit lol
 
My mom has something like that. She wears them all the time. I had to run a lot when I was in basketball. We run a little bit in tennis but not as much as we did in basketball.
