Rock/Alternative music

I've heard System of a Down's album, but I'm not really up for metal rap/rock (which is how I describe their genre).

I do love Chop Suey too though. I was surprised to hear that its about abortion. Amazing.

I got My Chemical Romance's album today ... and I'm loving it! :)
 
I listen to everything else except rap and and...um...one type of metal...like Children of Bodom (which I don't call music, sorry Siri).

Oh come on, people don't know how to do rock nowadays.

Simply the best. Ever.

The Scorpions. Of course new bands are ok, but nothing beats Scorpions.

I have troubles to take Green Day seriously. Their first (and only one before American Idiot) hit album was Dookie and I was 10 when it was released and I still put it to that category. They have good sonds on their newest, but still...
The Offspring is something what I listened to back then and now... but their albums have always been great, not having break for 10 years :lol:

But mostly I listen to heavy metal. Nightwish, Stratovarious, Sonata Arctica, Helloween, Sentenced, Iron Maiden then other styles like Rammstein and Negative (no, it's not the same than Type O Negative what I also listen to)

and of course. Black Sabbath and Ozzy Osbourne.
 
I've only heard "Honest Mistake", and I didn't care much for it at first, but then I heard it a few times, and now I like it :D
 
Well, since The Killers and The Bravery are pretty popular bands, i think i'll take a vote. Who do you like better?
 
I've never heard of the Bravery until Sanna mentioned them. I don't like the killers..they are too overplayed.
 
The Killers have only two songs you can actually bother to listen to more than once. The Bravery's album is better :D
 
Right now my fav band are 'My Chemical Romance;. I love their music.. although it is a bit depressing but their lyrics rock.
 
Right now I am totally in love with To the End and also Thank You For The Venom. My Chemical Romance is great listening.
