A tech support employee once received a call Peyton who had purchased one of their PCs.
Peyton:The cup holder of my computer broke! I just got some coffee and put it in the cup holder and then it broke, spilling coffee all over me!
Employee:I'm a little confused here, I've never heard of my company selling in-computer cup holders. Can you describe it please?
