I was reading a book on a revolutionary war figure, Francis Marion, and it had a pic of Francis Marion University in South Carolina but all I kept doing while looking at the pic was snickering because of the name of the pictured building at the college: the Stokes Building.

you know you watch too much csi when you have a butterfly henna'ed on your shoulder and then go out to buy a henna kit so that the next week you can put the "Butterflied" speech on your body somewhere.

It's not that funny, but I thought I'd post it anyway. I was at school a while back and in assembly they were playing 'The Best Of The Who'.It wasn't a happy occasion, somebody in our year had set fire to a bush and they had us in there to find out who it was, we were all told to sit in silence.

Anyway, 'Won't Get Fooled Again' came on and I was silently rocking out in my seat. It started with just humming and tapping feet but pretty soon I had my air guitar out and was mouthing the lyrics. It got up to the bit they use for right at the beginning of CSI Miami, the scream at the start. I got overexcited, jumped up to my feet and screamed 'YEEEEAAAAAH!!!" Little did I know that somebody was planning to stop the CD, and did so just at that moment. Every stared at me like I was a complete nutjob. I got in so much trouble for that.

yikes. Someone set fire to a locker during my sophomore year...we spent the time outside until the fire dept left and then got let back inside. Not sure if they caught 'em or not but it was in the papers afterward.

ooh what kind? I've had blue bettas (siamese fighting fish) before...pre-CSI unfortunately so they had other show names lol.

.....when something happens at work (I work in a doctors' office, so I get all my info on bodies from Doc Robbins) and you say, "This one time, on CSI...." and your friends walk away from you. That happens a lot now. Not quite sure why, tho.

Me: why don't you call your parents and tell them about our plan for the weekend
husband: I will, after dark, I have stuff to do outside first
me: after dark, when all the needy boys show up

husband immediatly got up from table and rolled his eyes

I was watching an old Double Dare 2000 rerun and they had a stunt with oversized baby props, high chair and the bottles and I think bib and hat....can probably tell what ep it brought to mind lol.

You're watching Summer in the City, the S2 NY opener, and want 'em to send the mosquito they find over to Gris for analysis
