Nick nodded his head, not taking his eyes off the man. The man looked at nick and smiled, then looked at Sara and purked his lips. Nick frowned as he began to run for the man, but got stopped by greg. "let me go, i'll kill you ass! i'll kill you!" he shouted at the man who walked out shaking his head smiling.

Greg wasn't letting go of Nick "Nick let it go he's going to jail" he said still holding on to him

Nick took gregs hands and tried plying them from his body. "greg!" he said thru his teeth

"Nick" he said mocking Nick

The man was now long gone, out side, and Nick had dropped it. "you should have let me get him" he said to greg.

Greg looked at Nick with serious eyes "And what get you arrested for beating the crap into him"

Nick nodded his head. "yeah pretty much!" he said smiling. He saw that Sara was still very much in shock as to what jsut happened, and he went to confert her, still talking to greg.

Greg smirked "Well if you want to get arrested so much there are other crimes" he smiled

Nick sighed. "you didnt see what he did though greg," he looked down at Sara, "and i'd rather not talk about it anymore."

Greg raised his eyebrows "Ok Nicky" he smiled sweetly

Just then, Nick's cell rang. "yeah?" it was grissom, asking where greg was. "right here, i dont know why... k" he handed the phone to greg

"This is Greg, i know i was supost to be in but something came up, i would rather not say Gris, what ever" he said with a sad tone

Nick looked at Sara, then back up at Greg.

"I'm in trouble" Greg sighed

Nick frowned. "what happened?" he asked.
