Faylinn, I completely agree wth you. We just recently had Silent Night in the UK and it's coming up to Sleigh Out Of Hand fairly soon. I don't even wanna watch the episode as it's just going to make me wanna scratch my eyes out!
I still love him but they need to buck their ideas up for his character or they could very likely lose him from the show! Carmine's doesn't strike me as sticking around just for a romance story!

It is NOT a good sign when Mr. Giovinazzo's hardcore fans are saying they don't find him hot anymore. Ya better do something about that quick.

And speaking of those interview pictures, I see he really likes that T-shirt. :lol: I wonder if it's because it's just comfy or because he likes the imagery of one nekkid chick spanking another. :devil: :p

What we all need is a bit of the "old" Danny. A character who gets into problems like in "on the job". His character changed so it's not much attractive anymore. Of course Carmine is still hot, but in CSI NY nothing special happens to him anymore - okay that Lindsay-thing- but what I mean is the story with his past like in "on the job" and "run silent, run deep".

Oh dear, oh dear. I understand what you're all saying, Danny really has lost that edge that made him so attractive. Thankfully for me it's Carmine who pops my cork rather than Danny so my lusting is still well and truly red hot. :devil:

However, as regards Carmine; if I were him I would be thinking of getting my arse out of there pretty damned quick. His character is not what it was and his pivotal role in the series has been reduced to either that of a bit part player or a token love interest. I cannot believe that, as an actor, he is happy with this one iota. Sad, but true :(

Yeah it's a good job he's so hot or he would have dropped of my radar along time ago. He must be pissed as an actor to see how the transformation has gone! Does he not get any say??
 
That picture is gorgeous! I love how he has his glasses on! The jumper is so bright though - may hurt your eyes after a while! You're right about the sandals!

Just wanna swipe eveything of the table and have my wicked way with him!!

I cringed a little when I read that, thinking I was gonna see one of my favorite girls get lynched. :lol: But I'm almost relieved to see so many are on the same page and no blood was shed over this one.

I've been over Carmine for a while. Danny is the object of my affection. The problem is that TPTB virtually destroyed the character this year and so I'm in the sad position of watching my fictional crush die too. I still see glimmers of season one Danny, but am just hanging by the thread of the occassionally funny line delivery. "It's a goooooat!" or his fantastic facial expressions - like when checking out a rat with an ear growing out of it's back. Not only the expression, but the way he kept looking back to Mac like a little boy dying to share a new discovery and desperately hoping the adult conversation would die down fast. I love that about Danny. But I hate the direction they've taken the character and, therefore, completely understand any comments in the vein of being over him.

Please, please, please writers - bring back old Danny! His long time fans are starting to lose interest. :eek: :(

Carmine as Danny kicks ass and it wouldn't take much to get him back to where we all want him. I really hope they do it because in thr long run, he going to realise he's being given crap to work with and he's going to leave. Nobody wants that!! He's so much more than season 3 Danny. They built him up to this wonderful character and are now knocking him down at a terrifying speed.
 
In between "sessions" today, I will ask the Italian Stallion what the frak is going on with Danny. I almost asked for Hawkes for my birthday instead!!

Poor Carmine, you've got to feel sorry for him haven't you? Imagine if he were to read this thread; he'd be mortified :(

Hope he's giving you just what you want for your birthday Springmoon :devil:
 
Yeah he would probably be mortified. But t's hardly is fault. TPTB have set their hearts on this D/L thing and in doing so have almost wrecked one of the best things o the show. I still see signs of the old Danny and will him to come back. I want the aggressive, intense interrogations and the I don't give a crap attitude.
