1- the crop is off, the picture wasn't utilized to it's full potential.
4- the texture takes away from the pic, it's overpowering
9- the empty space could have been used...the cropping could have been done differently, something to fill the space

These are all great guys! Very hard choice!

5 - it's too sharp and the choice of text is hard to read
4 - the texture is too strong, makes it distracting

4 - The texture makes the picture blurry
8 - The background of Marg's picture isn't removed properly
1 - Odd cropping, would've worked better if you "hid" her face from the side instead of from the bottom

16-Oversharpened and Marg's face is too small.
1-Odd crop,Marg's face is cut in the bottom.
15-A little bit blurry.

so i didn't make it. sorry guys but couldn't find time to finish. and thank God it turned out like this, cuz those icons are stunning. i would realy, like i mean it - REALLY, get voted off this time, lol.

unfortunately i gotta vote for something.

05 - oversharpened
15 - too bright, not enough contrast
14 - odd crop
