Life Changing Events (Snicker RP)

Catherine snapped her head to Grissom and shook her head. "That's not going to help anything." she whispered to him. She continued on her way home and let everyone in. "You can call Sara if you want Linds, we're going to be on the back porch if you want to talk, okay sweetie?" she said as she left her daughter to her phone call.

(Of course you can borrow her. I need to quit my juggling act! Plus she can interact with you. :))

The sheriff thought it over, picking up a few papers, and thumbing through the employee handbook.
"You're right. There isn't anything official about inter-office relationships. As long as you two keep your hands off each other at work, I suppose I can keep you in Graveyard, Ms. Sidle." He smiled a little, "And congratulations. Hope to be at the wedding," he hinted.

Lindsey quickly dialed in Sara's cell number, hoping she would pick up. Lately Sara seemed busy. Lindsey figured she got a boyfriend, and had an idea who it was, but she really needed someone to talk to.
"Pick up... please pick up."

Sara couldnt help but Grin "Thanks Sheriff,I really dont know what I can to repay you" she heard her cellphone ring as she looked at Nick Hoping something wasnt wrong with one of thier coworkers ,she frowned "Hello" she breathed a sigh of relief when she heard Lindsey's voice

"Thanks so much, Sherriff." Nick shook the sherriff's hand like the polite Texan he was as he smiled at Sara. He breathed a sigh of relief as he looked at her on her cell phone.

"Hey Sara. It's Lindsey," she sounded nervous. "I hope I'm not bothering you or whatever but I kind of need some advice and I don't know who else to turn to."

Sara smiled "sweetie Now isnt really a good time" she stared at the phone as the young girl pleaded with her "Okay Nick and I will be right there" she didnt bother telling Lindsey that they were a couple she figured she'd find out in due time

Sara smiled at him,his touch sparked thousands of tiny shivers up and down her spine, she turned to face him and held the phone away from her ear for awhile "I'm not sure, she's hysterical though its something to do with Cath"

Lindsey sighed and fidgeted a bit. She hoped inviting the brunette over was a good idea.
"I better ask mom..."

Lindsey didn't know how similar Grissom felt. He was just as fidgety and debated going home.
"Catherine, should I go? I'm not sure Lindsey is ready for me to stay." He sighed, looking at her.

"Grissom, you going home right now isn't going to make things any better. Let's let Lindsey talk to Sara first and then see what she says. I'm not even sure how she feels yet Grissom." she said, pleading for him to stay. "Besides, I don't want you to go." she said as she leaned her head on his shoulder.

Grissom smiled lightly, wrapping an arm around Catherine. "You're right, I can't be intimidated by your daughter."

Lindsey interrupted this very touching moment and frowned.
"Mom, I asked Sara to come over, is that okay?" She looked at Grissom who promptly unwrapped his arm and scooted over a respectable distance.

Cath glanced at Grissom who scooted away, and then turned to Lindsey. "Sure Linds, that's fine." Catherine said with a nod. "I'll be out here if you need me, okay?" Catherine said softly, still not sure of what her daughter felt.

Sara showed up at Catherines house, Nick in tow, upon seeing Grissoms car there she figured out what this was about ,she frowned telling her about Her and Nick was going to make things harder but she had to do it

Nick could tell that Sara was nervous about telling Lindsey about the two of them, and he gave her a reassuring hug. "Don't worry, Sar, she's gonna be fine with it I promise." He smiled, hoping that he made her feel a little more relaxed.

Lndsey smiled and walked over to the window. She spotted Sara's car outside.
"Hey she's here already!" Lindsey walked outside to greet her, but realized Nick was with her.
"Oh, hello. What are you doing here?" she asked Nick with an inquisitive look.
