I'm bumping this up because some people were asking about a thread for Archie.

So who should Archie be with? I vote for Nick! (Big surprise!!)

Also, what do we think about Bobby? What's his partner like?

I think Bobby's mate would be real sweet, just like him....I have a small imagination today, sorry!

 

I could see those two connecting on so many levels - intellectual, emotional, both a little "quirky", both funny, both hard-working but fun-loving...and I could see them bringing out wonderful things in each other...

I also was thinking maybe Mia and Archie even, they seem like they would be compatible.

 

Since Bobby's almost canon-gay (the scene was cut, right?) I see his partner as being very, very similar to him. Maybe even another member of law enforcement? I'm not getting a mental image, but I don't think he'd be flamboyant or anything. It's too bad they cut that scene.

 

What scene was cut? A scene where Bobby was gay? Hmmmm. That wouldn't have been that bad. I can imagine him dating someone a lot ike him too. But as for what their job would be, I dunno.

 

Don't cut scenes count as canon? I mean, look at Donnie Darko (yeah, Jeff, just for you)... I won't spoil anything, but yeah.

Archie's not just a Trekkie, but a Power Ranger!! I love him! He saves the world, both in the lab and out in the real world! :lol:

I don't know if he'd be in law enforcement. For some reason, I can see him as someone who works from the home. Maybe he has an office at home. That would actually work, because Bobby and his partner are supposed to have adopted a kid, right?

I do picture the guy as someone who's easy-going like Bobby. They probably have BBQs and invite everyone over.

 

Yeah, I could see that. Bobby seems like a sweetheart, and I could imagine him being in a nice, stable, happy relationship with a guy who was a sweetie like him...they'd be the Normal Couple of the lab! LOL...
