Jorja was mentioned in todays PARADE section of the Sunday paper~

Q CSI has been a hit since it's debut. So why would the producers drop three of it's biggest stars: William Petersen, JORJA FOX and Gary Dourdan" name withheld. Clovis Calif.
A After eight years, viewers get tired of the same faces--and actors get bored doing the same thing. Those 3 stars all left voluntarily. Incidentally, while Marg Helgenberger has survived the CSI upheavel, she and actor Alan Rosenberg recently seperated after 19 years!

Thanks for sharing Desert. I don't understand how the fans can get tired of the characters JF, WP and GD played on the show but I do understand how the actors can get tired. They can get typed to play the same thing again. Which after I while I would find particarly boring too.

But I respect Jorja's decision. She wished to do other things. I will miss Sara dearly, she was my favourite character. However I wish Jorja good luck on her future endeavours.

Well, apparently Jorja was in D.C for the Inauguration ceremonies, and admits she's an "Obama groupie" go Jorja,:thumbsup: lucky girl, I wished I could have been there! so take a look, she's also involved in"The Artists & Alliance Inauguration"
