Both of them must have been reading eachother's minds or something, because Flack soon found himself thinking about a family as well. He couldn't help but smile at the thought of having a baby girl or boy.

Jess found a smile on Flack's face when she looked up at him. "What are you thinking about?" she asked him as she continued to create small circles with her fingers.

Flack opened one of his eyes, looking over to her. "Just what it'd be like to have a child, strangely enough," he replied, smiling a little more.

Jess smiled at him. "I was thinking that same thing." she told him as she ran a hand through his hair.

Flack grinned a bit. "If there were to be a day.. Would you have a child with me?" he asked, gazing into her eyes.

Jess was a little stunned. It was almost like he was proposing to have a baby with her. She had never actually heard of anything like this before. "Of course." she said with a grin.

Flack grinned before looking back up at the ceiling, soon laughing at himself for asking that and sounding so weird. "I'm sorry, I don't usually ask things like that," he said to her. "It's a little strange."

"No, no, I liked it." she said with a smile. "It was cute." she told him as she wrapped an arm around him and held him close to her.

Flack grinned, hugging her tightly before leaning over to kiss her cheek. "Better to have permission that take you by supprise, ah?" he asked with a smirk. "C'mon.. We should get some sleep."

"Even though it would be a pleasant surprise." she said with a smile. She nodded when he said that they should get some sleep. "Night sweetheart." she said as she kissed him on the cheek and slid undre the covers.

Flack also slid under the covers after pulling his tank top back on again. He smiled to her a bit before reaching out to turn off the lamp. "Night, Jess.." he replied softly, pulling her closer to him gently and wrapping his arms around her.

Jess made a little noise of content as he pulled her closer. She tucked her head underneath his chin and kissed his neck a little before finally pulling away and letting him at least try to go to sleep.

Flack playfully growled at her when she kissed his neck. "One reason why I didn't want to leave the shower," he said quietly.

Jess laughed a bit and then rested her head back on her pillow. "Why, what would you have done to me Det. Flack?" she asked with a teasing smile.

Flack opened his eyes and looked at her. "Take a guess," he smirked, raising an eyebrow a bit before leaning in to whisper in her ear. "Or do you want me to demonstrate?" Flack then asked, his breath tickling her ear.
