Pusher, I love that song! :D Thanks for the lyrics and those pictures from the 'complicated' conversation. It still breaks my heart watching that scene. :( I wish he would have just told her the truth sooner, but I guess that wouldn't have cranked up the drama nearly as much!

^ thanks re my ava and i`m glad that u like the lyrics :) also ur right that this scene from 'The Oath" epi is heart breaking , but i don`t have any others H/Y pics with so shy smiles. yes, H have to tell her the thuth, but the right time and situation never come. in the end H was forced not by the very nice way to 'surprise' her.

H: So..., wow!
Y: Yeah, me and Stetler.
H: When did that happen?
Y: He asked me out, I said yes.That's usually how it works. Stetler is simple, and this is just,comlicated.
H: Yeah. Complicated.
Y: You had a daughter you didn't tell me about. Makes it kinda hard to trust you.
H: I understand.


back to this small conversation - it wasn`t like Y want to hurt H, but like one last SOS sign - trying to show him the 'mistakes' or 'walls' between them . he have keep distance from her, even lie and in the end she go out with Stetler coz he have ask or is more 'simple' ...come one :eek:...maybe she was hope that H will stop her or at last open up for her :rolleyes: after 9 days will see did H have learn his lesson :devil:

I like your analysis of that situation Pusher. :D

Maybe Yelina wanted to set a barrier between herself and Horatio. - Stetler seems like an obvious choice, seeing as Horatio and Stettie don't always see eye to eye. Maybe she was afraid of making the same mistake again, (Ray sr) and didn't want to be hurt, or maybe if she lost Horatio too, she wouldn't be able to cope with it.

But I agree, the relationship with Stetler does seem simple, and the one between H/Y is complicated. (As mentioned in the show) But as I always say, it's a two lane highway. Someone has to make the first move. :p

I think Yelina dated Stetler because she was tired of waiting for Horatio. She's an attractive and desirable woman and maybe she wanted to show Horatio that. I'm for the 'let's make him jealous' theory. :lol:
I only thing I didn't get is why did she choose Stetler. She knew H and Stetler are sort of enemies and therefore it's not easy, going out with Stetler is also a complicated thing. Horatio is a part of her life and going out with Stetler didn't change it. :rolleyes:
It made everything more complicated...
(but that's just my point of view. :D)

I wrote my opinion about madison some time ago. Horatio could have chose the easy way and tell her the truth and hurt her. She wouldn't have been angry at him but she would have been hurt. I think he didn't expect that he would hurt her accidently. :(

ooohhh it makes me sad. but we know the real chemistry is between H/Y and now that Yelina returns we know something will work. Well I have to say, still I think Senior should have stayed alive a little longer but tptb thought they'd know better, because now H will be caught up in a twist... because Marisol just passed and he meets his one and only love again...so this is either gonna turn into a soap opera situation or... they'll just nail the point and say "maybe at a later time when we're both done with grieving (or is it with "f"???) Because everything else could be turned into a mistake, because they were ran over by old feelings while they're still hunting old loves...

still wonder who it will be. till now always Y make the first step forward and H step backward. theirs relationship is a lot like dance :lol: a little out of topic, but in one movie 'Take the Lead' the main character have say that somthimes is more hard to follow, then to lead :rolleyes:

me too, me too :lol: when H was go out with Rebeca we have similar situation. it was like H or Y was try to go in somthing new for theirs best, but in the end always is turn out that it was for makeing the other be jelous or one not success try for run away form theirs real feeling ;)

errr i`m afraid that can be this way, but the fact that Y will be in some epis from S5 won`t take thim for some guys to spoil ours show or i`m wrong ?! now we have watch again S3 and after S4 i start to call this tv show my fav soap opera :lol:

Hey, Sher, welcome back! It's brilliant to have you back with us. Apologies but haven't been to the thread for a couple of days so I only just noticed you've returned to the fold. Good timing. You're just in time for S5 and some long awaited albeit "cautiously optimistic" H/Y storylines.

BTW, read a two-liner somewhere which has DC still singing s4 company line i.e. H never realized how important A was to him until she passed on hence the "constantly seeing her everywhere" bit. :rolleyes: *sigh* he needs new spokesperson material not to mention having his priorities sorted out for S5 opener.

Tally, these kind of DC comments irritate me too. He always talks these things up (as does AD) with seemingly no awareness of what the fans actually think. Towing the company line, trying to justify the S4 nonsense. The whole H/M relationship was very contrived. I had nothing much against M's character really (accept her neediness), but that storyline should have remained centred around Eric, with H not getting involved with her, but supporting them as a friend. That would have worked. It became quite daft by the end.

Hopefully, by the end of Rio, H will have forgotten all about M. ;) Maybe, DC couldn't give any hints about Y. He's often all secretive about what's going to happen. I do agree though - both AD and DC need a reality check. Many aspects of S4 did not work and we found the vast majority of it all horribly unconvincing.

I think a good reality check would be to visit TalkCSI. Although, they don't like to visit the message boards because of all the negativity. (They're forgetting there is also positivity here as well) I can understand why they wouldn't want to be second-guessed everytime they think up a story, but the reality is, they are being second-guessed anyway. But oh well, out of sight, out of mind. :p

I'm still thinking Sofia's return to the show, will greatly help the show get back on it's feet. :)

The writers could certainly learn alot by reading some message boards. They should employ people to sift through all the threads and select the valid points raised by discerning fans. They could start with this thread, lol! :D

and when we talk for this small innocent smiles between H and Y..heee i was read time ago in H thread for the way H hire Ryan in CSI M team but was forgot this scene...well at last i re watch this epi and i love this silent conversation...Y ask H to interview Ryan and in the end H look at Y : she smile , he smile and the job was done :lol: it`s so simple :D

all of this is 100 % truth :( and for me this is the main reason to stay away from DC or others characters interviews. aslo i think to stop read spoilers, coz all this mess in CSI M only irritate me. for now will wait for the new epis and just then will make my mind.
