i too agree that Y don`t have to be only in S5 premiere. as much i`m afraid that can be this way, deep inside of me still have a little faith that H/Y relationship have future. not only for us, but for CSI M writers too. as s_c have say we in S 3-4 have see H trying to work out some otheres story line, but till now nothing so strong and well done like his 'connection' with Y. for me his character is base on his family past and future. this canon have to go forward, coz don`t think if again the things screws up CSI M will have S6 ... :rolleyes:

We have to hope that Yelina returns to Miami with Horatio or fairly soon afterwards. That will bode well, even if we don't see her again until later in the season.

I think that's a very good point. If she is actually in Miami (and stays there) she is where we want her to be. ie. not far away from Horatio! ;) The writers then have the option of bringing her back into the fold at any time, possibly later in the season, depending on Sofia's schedule. Hopefully not too much later though.

Also, if Ray Jnr is with Yelina (which presumably he will be), he may feature more in the show. Ray Jnr screentime = H/Y screentime, so fingers and everything else crossed! :)

Oh you don't have to worry about that Lucy, I've got my eyes crossed for this one. :lol: ...That's probably not healthy.

But yes, if we get Ray Jr. that means H/Y scenes! Ah, life is good. (Let's just hope it stays that way) :p

I was just watching Hurricane Anthony (again) and I couldn't believe how much I missed those two. Horatio seemed to vulernable. And as much as I love the asskickingness that is Horatio Caine, it's so wonderful to see that Yelina brings out his soft and vulnerable side. Hee. :D *sigh* Plus season five will remind me of the greatness that was season two (well, and three). :)

my H/Y withdrawal will start soon.
the reruns are over, Season 4 starts in two weeks.
I'm happy about new episodes, but no new H/Y scenes. :(

but Season 5 starts soon.
I look forward to detailed scene descriptions (from my H/Y colleagues *hint* ;)) and lots of caps. :D

back to the topic....Y without Ray Jn in Miami ... :eek: wow obviously we are a lot afraid of those who should be ashamed :lol: i personally hope one main character this time to stay away from S5 script, coz he have done a lot unrational offers for new story line in S5 :p

don't worry, I wasn't lost. I didn't know what to write, but I agree with everything you all wrote.
I didn't forget H/Y. It's my nr. 1 ship. I wrote something about H/Y in the 'great ship debate' thread. I like it that so many other people like them and want them together. :D

polina, your painting is so great. you're really talented.

I read something about a reunion party.
Am I invited? *makes puppy dog eyes* I'll help you with the organization. :D

EDIT: It took so long to write this post, I nearly missed your post Lucy.
look forward to see some icons and banners from Thumpy. I'm sure they will be great.

It really is great to see the support for H/Y over in the 'Great Ship Debate - Miami' thread. I have been lurking over there! ;) I think Yelina's absence from the show has actually made the support for H/Y a bit stronger.

The neutral fans have maybe realized that H is more vulnerable and likeable when we can see the interaction between H and Y. Marisol had very few fans it seems. Her relationship with H is generally regarded as very unconvincing and contrived. To the neutrals, I think it made H/Y alot more appealing. :)

well thank you for the warm welcome, I missed you and our fav paire so much ... vocation was superb!!!!!!!! a lot of joy, fun, sun and now almost 200th photos ... :)

thanks for the picrures from "Rio" H / Y are so good together, why oh why they won` t let her be one of the main characters?

and it ` s not that I `m glad that "Raymond won` t make it" ... but I truly believe that Horatio and Yelina are meant to be together ... I ` m hopless romantic I know so excuse me for this ...

and one thing - did you notice that Yelina in "Rio" has almost the same dress as Marisole (during the wedding) - detailes are different but it doesn` change the whole picture - or is it only my imagination?

Not only did it make the relationship more appealing, but it made more sense. It's hard to believe Horatio would fall in love with someone over the course of five or six episodes, that woman being sick or not. But with Yelina, that spark has always been there, and the history there can't be mistaken for anything less than true feelings. In my book, it's made the H/Y relationship far more appealing than Marisol/Horatio.

And about Raymond, I think that his possible demise was meant to bring Yelina and Horatio together once and for all. Only time will tell. :)

it ` s a such pleasure to see her in Miami (we `re here rewatching third season before 4th)

and I so wnt Horatio to take Yelina and Ray jn with him to Miami

Sorry guys about not being in here recently. Real life can come up and bite you unexpectedly sometimes. ;)

I too have been viewing the 'Ship Debate' in stealth Luce and it really is great to see all the H/Y support. I think the departure of Yelina from Miami for over a season has really made her importance to the show (and to Horatio) more apparent. Let's hope the writer's won't bring her back in jest.

I don't know how many of you know already but I got a message from HnM's sister saying that she may be back with us early this month, as her health is doing much much better. Just passing that along. :D

Indeed. H/Y is as remote from a "'ship" (ugh! the intrinsic vulgarity of this label and its appalling derivatives, offends me down to a cellular level) as Yahooism is from common sense. Unfortunatley, there is obvious confusion between "canon" and "fanon". Worst yet, fanatical refusal to acknowledge the obvious and the factual.

Yes, the neutrals and I dare say some of the former anti-Y, have now seen the light and been converted to the truth. About bloody time. :) Hmm, in this vein perhaps we can regard s4 to have had a purgative effect in removing the obstinancy and the abject cluelessness.

Yowzah! We finally have a reason for s4. It provided us with a season of intense en masse detoxification to prepare us for what we hope is a more purified and refined S5.

Hummer brilliant news about HnM. It will great to have her back in time for S5. Goodness knows we will need all the goodwill reinforcement we can muster for what is to come. "Cautiously optimistic" is the new mantra for now.

*raises hand guiltily* I consider myself one of those people who have seen the light. Of course, I was never anti-Yelina either. I just didn't really ship them until mid season two. But now I fully support H/Y. :)

And I agree TallyHo, season five should be what we've been waiting for after the horror that was season four. - Such a reward for us loyal fans. ;)
