DC really does seem to go through the motions as Horatio, certainly in the last two seasons. Or maybe I've just grown rather tired of his character, I don't know. The poor writing hasn't helped, that's for sure. As for DC's influence, it certainly is very significant. First Marisol, and now......

....the son. :rolleyes: DC mentioned in an interview at the end of last season that he would like to see H with a child of his own. Hey presto! We have Kyle.

So, maybe we should all write to DC and suggest that he and Yelina get some significant, sustained development! ;)

Welcome back Lunalove hope you had a nice time,that pic from your summerhouse was brill. Like your idear Lucyi would join in with that,it's about time those two got some sort of development.How i miss them working together as H/Y they just made the show worth watching

I have to say I have never seen DC in anything beyond Miami, so the rest of you probably have a better handle on his abilities than I do. Every time I go to the video rental store and read the synopsis on back of his movies, they are all too violent for me. Also, I tried to watch King of New York on TV once, and the F word was all worn out after the first 10 minutes. Lots of blood spraying around, too. Not really my kind of movies. You can see why I wonder about romance being a little stretch for him. . . :confused:

I miss talking to ya'll in Europe and the UK in real time. I feel so out of synch. I'm just reading what you wrote earlier today, and you're already headed to bed or already there. :(

Okay I KNOW I asked this question before...forgive me for being redundant :p but I just watched "Money For Nothing" again...the eppy where Yelina assumes Susie was "involved" with Horatio and that Maddison is his...and Horatio lets her assume that to protect her...so my question (that I know I've already asked in here, sorry!!) is when does Yelina find out who's child Maddison really is? And how does she react? I cannot for the life of me remember and it's totally bugging me! Help, please!

She finds out in episode "Nothing to lose" Season 3 Episode 16. Well she's a little bit pissed that Horatio didn't tell her. She feels betrayed. Horatio tells her because Madison has got leukemia and he's not a compatible match.. so he asks Yelina if Ray Jr can be tested. At first she denies because Madison isn't her family and that it's Ray Sr's mistake and that his son shouldn't have to pay for his mistakes. In the end she does decide to let Ray Jr get tested. It's not known whether Madison is cured after that.. they just left it unresolved..

I think that this is lost cause, but we can always try - u never know what will come. And talking of this I`m very curious what have in epi Rio audio DVD commentary about H and Yelina. But I have to wait little longer. ;)

Don`t be sad dear one. *hugs* No worry at all that 8th hours separate us. Most important is that ur here and we still can talk for ours fav couple, right?! :)

if i could put DC and Sofia in any movie together it would be Elizabethtown because They guy in it tryies to kill himself and then he finds out his dad died and on the way he meets a flight attendant with whom he falls in love with later. i could see both of them in that...

Oh god I found that movie to be so boring. I didn't even finish watching it. But if DC/SM would've been the leads, I would've loved it :D

Tomorrow Season premier! HY GOODNESS!! It's SQUEEEE time.. almost ;)

When I have the time to be here I'm usually alone because it's way to late there but still it's better having this site than not having it at all! :D


Now that we have the premiere almost here I'm exited but I'm a little bit nervous as well...
New H/Y material tomorrow...yay!! :D

OMFG!!! How could you not finish it especially with ORLANDO BLOOM :D as the lead!? He's so sexy! well we all like different things so oh well ;)

I'm not too optimistic about the season premiere having any H/Y development. Somehow I was more optimistic with 'Burned'. But it's always good to see new H/Y scenes. It'll be chemistry-filled I'm sure.

Well, the big day is finally here, and I hope we get some reward for our dedication. I will have my magic specs firmly in place, even if I have to use super glue. I will definitely give it a chance. Afterward I will use spoiler space to talk about it, altho' most of you won't read it until tomorrow, anyway. I know there are a few others who will see it with me, and will most of the rest of you see it tomorrow? Or not for awhile? I want us ALL to have seen it, so we can have some good discussion. It better be worth waiting for! :cool:

I agree with Lucy a few posts back about DC acting abilities. I think TPTB have staggnated(sp) him to the point it's become boring. You always know what's coming. Nothing new to get ya excited. Anyway here's two wp's from me that might get the blood going. lol

H is so like a soap opera character. You know, the thing isn't that these things could happen to a person, but that these things continually happen to the SAME person. Any real person with a life like his (and so much of it self-inflicted) would be taking all his meals in a padded cell. Even Tony Soprano recognizes the need for therapy. Wish the GTB (heheh, gotta love that Pusher) would quit letting DC have input into the story line. He has no expertise in that area beyond making as much of it as possible about his character.
