a little OT, but my fav song form few weeks is Callin' U - Outlandish and after i read in miami spoiler lab that in some epi Burned promo H call Yelina name i just can`t stop think for them when i hear this song ;) i know i read too much this thread :lol:

Well this is one of my favourite Kylie Minogue songs, and it suits very well for HY, because it describes the feelings of both H/Y when they're without each other. Well I suppose they feel this way :p

Oh and when two ppl feel so strongly about each other but there's something keeping them apart, love is indeed dangerous ;)

Thanks for the great lyrics you all. They are very applicable to H/Y.

Let's hope Ann D will write more stuff like HA. That will definately restore some emotion and life into H.

It's mind boggling to me how Ann D can write such brilliant stuff and then allow the show to become so soapy and superficial. If it's a blip, then it's a very lengthy one! The burning question is, will it ever get back on course?

Okay I have NO idea which episode that picture is from. It's obviously not season 1. And in season 3 they never had a "walk in the corridor scene" together. So it's from season 2, remove all the epi's that I know by heart. Which is almost every :lol: but which one had those corridors scenes? Bait?

We really need another "walk together in the corridor scene" but I don't think we'll see it in Burned =(

OOh and I saw H's hummer today! (Well it was a yellow one :p) *me very happy*

My first thoughts were the same as your Kit that it must be from s2, and the next thought was either 'Bait' of 'Extreme'. But unfortunately I don't know every ep by heart.

I think any kinda walk between H and Y would be nice, their walks be it along a corridor or by the beach or along any path to a crimw scene are always enjoyable and mostly full of nice, chemistry-filled small talk. So any 'walk along together' scene in the future would be welcome.

I'm getting real excited. Few more days to 'Burned' Any more promo pics?

Exactly - I have asked myself this question many times. Is it complacency? ie. the show is very successful and so the fans can be taken for granted? Or is it just that there was an ill-conceived desire to change things, and the writers have made some bad (to put it kindly) choices? Probably both.

I get the feeling that even though there is now so much water under the bridge, the writers are possibly trying to get things back on track. The jury is still out on the degree of success they might have. Corey did at least admit that some things have worked and some haven't. Ann D and DC have unfortunately not managed to admit this and it would be refreshingly honest if they did.

Please bear with me for going off-topic, but thank you and yes! :D I have Luce to thank in the main, but also your good self too, indirectly. ;) Hubby has always liked BSG too, so I thought I must have been missing something and gave it a go. What can I say? I haven't looked back since. Quite simply the best TV show ever to have graced our screens. I also love seeing all these BSG avatars in this thread. Warms my heart no end to see those in amongst all the lovely H/Y ones too. :)

I would say both. ;) We all know that Ann can write well, and I would like nothing more than for her to return to her S1-3 mindset. As has been said before, the show also misses the influence of the writer/producer Steve Maeda. I just hope that the current writers can finally get to work on giving H/Y the justice they deserve. We need to get Ildy on the case!

Very much so, but I think that Ann and DC are so convinced that the show is great, that they are blind to it's flaws - outwardly anyway. I hope Corey may have passed on some of our concerns. Even if they don't publicly accept any criticism, it would be reassuring to know that they are least aware of it. I guess we can live in hope, as always! :rolleyes: ;)

Did the writers all make a concerted effor to get SM back?
If they did then I think we have hope, that and what Corey said in the email, I'm most cetainly looking forward to the 'interesting things' planned for H/Y.

And since we know from some spoiler I read in the spoiler page, that DC himself admits H's not gonna be in any love triangle, then I think it's quite safe to think that H/Y are headed in the right direction without any other character on the show in their way.

Maybe we'll get our real H back soon too when Y comes back. :)

From what Corey has said, TPTB have wanted Sofia back on the show for some time, but due to 'circumstances' (his word, not mine), her return to the show took longer than they would have liked. In theory, if Sofia isn't contracted to another show, then there should be no reason why her return to Miami should be hindered further (unless Sofia chooses not to return or has other commitments).

Of course, the writers may decide to drag things out even more, but I sincerely hope not. We have waited way too long already. I would love to see a gradual reintroduction starting with 'Burned' on Monday, where I hope we get some kind of indication that Yelina will be back in the near future. Then, we sit and wait for the Season 6 spoilers and hope that the writers come to their senses and get their creative juices flowing where H and Y are concerned. ;)

I haven't been posting here for long! I'm so sorry, guys--I love the H/Y ship! They have chemistry and fate just plays with them cruelly be together yet...
But fate will give in soon... to destiny. :)
