At one time when I needed a good pair of sunglasses I 'hunted' out the SOJ's (Sunglasses of Justice for those that don't know the famous sunnies by that name). I tried a pair on and they looked HORRIBLE on me. As per my roommates comment I looked like a bug. The lens shape did not work for my face at all. The sunglasses I am wearing now were found in a Wallmart. I know cheap but they worked and I needed them for my roadtrip I took this past summer to Juarez and the south west. Here is a link to the 'Wallmart' sunnies I wore on the trip. My sister calles them 'man glasses' Geeze. Are they that bad looking?

Oh they don't look that bad. ;) Granted, you're a little far away but they still don't look too terribly bad. :)

I'm always nervous when I go into stores where they sell sunglasses. I always think if I pick up a pair that look like the ones Horatio owns, people will know and start teasing me. :lol: :p Hey it's their loss.

Thanks Speed_cochrane, I appreciate the vote of confidence. Over the xmas holliday break last year I went to the eye doctor because I was getting headaches in class, was thinking I was going to have to get glasses so before I saw the Dr. I was trying on all sorts of glasses. That was HARD because I have no clue as to what would look good on me. Thankfully I did not need them. I remember grabbing a pair of childrens glasses and trying them on and my roommate (who has woren glasses for years) says "Umm.. Rebecca...those are childerns glasses." I read the tag and it was from the HARRY POTTER collection such and such. I about died. Now I think it was kinda funny but then I was real embarrassed. Sooooo...if I can try on Harry Potter glasses in public I think you can go ahead and try on all the Horatio type sunglasses you want.

Why each time a celeb. wears some sunglasses and the brand has to be taken off the market? Hey thank q for telling me though speed_cochrane...:)
Hey Rebecca I must say tho that that DC's sunglasses doesn't just suit anyone...But since we are a fan of DC...who cares rite? Hey...not bad wut...Really!! It looks great on you!! Tho its slightly bigger and diff. from DC's one. But if i could just have a closer image of it...then i could verify it :)

*peeks head in* Lovin' the pics ladies! :D I must admit I've had so much fun reading through all those other threads and looking at all the screencaps - mmmm! Some great choices there....:devil:

I'm the only CSI: Miami/Horatio fan in my house I'm afraid (oh well more for me! :p) but I'm still trying to convince my mum everytime I watch it since there are a lot of re-runs over here. I think she's getting interested as she asked who Ryan was last night, so fingers crossed! :D

I just want to say as well that I think it's great to see so many Davy C/Horatio fans - it's not often that you get to drool over a man with red hair and I'm gonna admit that I'm a little biased with Horatio being my fave out of the Miami team since I share his hair colour hee hee! I'll leave you with a wee something:

Leehom, like I said before I'm not sure if that story is true- It might have been a rumor but I'll check into it. :) (I'd really like to have a pair of his shades for posterity, not really to wear. :p )

Leehom, the sunglasses I am wearing are not the SOJ's. I got them at Walmart for a road trip I took this summer. My point is that I do not look good wearing Horatio Caine type sunnies.

I liked Mango's picture, it was added to the collection I hope you don't mind. I believe I might be the only Horatio fan in my county area, maybe even in St. Paul. I know no one at all that appreciates him. Everyone that knows about it think I am nuts. So its now my secret.

I have figured out a use for my 'collection' of David Caruso/Horatio Caine pictures I have been downloading. I set up the screensaver to use that file in which they all live. Now while I am studying and not useing the computer different pics of him pop up on my screen. Yum... except my roommate had ordered that I change the screensaver back to what it was orginally on. Bummer. Oh well I guess when you share a computer you gotta compromise. (she literally HATES David Caruso) I almost feel sorry for myself and sort of isolated with all of this.

And Rebecca_V, I know what you mean. None of my friends or family likes Horatio, but that's their loss. We can like him all we want, and it's great to have a place to vent our obsession. I love it here at TalkCSI. :D

Horatio & Green Shirt are rarely to see recently :p (I don't like Green when I saw it in season two, but this pic looks gorgeous) :) Awww he is so sweet !! :D

I have to admit, I'd like to see Horatio back in the dress shirts, and maybe a nice green one would be okay. ;) I really loved the burgandy ones, and the white ones. (Light blue was also very good. :devil: )

EDIT: By the way Lucy, you're welcome for the pictures. :) It's too bad real life has to get in the way of all the fun here at TalkCSI. ;)
