Great review wibble :D I agree with you 100% about everything you've mentioned. Even though I found this episode not to be my cup of tea, you sure made me want to watch it again. Perhaps this episode deserves a second chance in my book. ;)

Yes, wibbs, it is! ;) For many reasons, but mainly because it is such an immense episode. Very emotionally charged and extremely well written. It's also Ducky's favourite and interestingly, Sofia Milos' favourite too. :D

Excellent review of 'Double Cap' btw. You've just about hit every nail on the head there. ;) Nice 'giggly' scene phrase, also known as the 'wriggly' scenes (so called by TallyHo who used to frequently post in the Miami Forum before the Season 4 debacle :() Needless to say, it refers to the bashful, vulnerable, slightly awkward H that we see when he's around Yelina. Aw.

EDIT: I didn't see your post before I entered this Ducky. ;)

Big Brother was definitely one of my favorite episodes as well. That and Witness To Murder. :p

And miss the awkward Horatio that we used to have when Yelina was around. I'm so glad we might see that side of Horatio again in season five. ;)

Well, I hope for you all too that H goes back to being his 'normal' self - I can imagine S4 must have been pretty dull without all his usual personality characteristics, and equally important, no 'giggly scenes' :( what will I do without those later on? I'll have to laugh and go all girly at something else I guess :p Maybe Delko's muscles or Speed's shirts ;)

Thanks for the compliments on the review :) though apologies for such a long post. I agree speed_cochrane that the story wasn't terrific in my opinion either, but putting that aside, the episode grabbed me the way it seemed to be orchestrated to portray H's multi-facted character and how it helps him to get the case solved, add emotion to his scenes, and reach out and touch the audience.

No worries on the long post wibbs, I like reading what you have to say. Your take on each episode is usually right on, and it's very interesting to see what you thought. :D

Hopefully in season five we'll get some giggly scenes. I know that there were some moments in season four where I was giggling and saying "Oh you" to Horatio. :p He had some moments. It's too bad the rest of the season was pretty...Shall I say, questionable. ;)
