So, if the theoretical team re-unification happens in Season 6, do we forsee Cath and Greg working together? How might that effect their potential relationship?
 
I am looking forward to see Greg & Cath work together again like in "Early Rollout" & "After the show". They work well together and have the chemistry. Hopefully they will have a chance to get closer this season. She want's to mentor him and I think she can teach him alot on and off the job!!
 
Double posting to bump this up *bump* Where is everyone?

It's been suggested that a good ship name for Cath/Greg would be 'Field Mice' since they both started out as lab rats and now they're in the field. What does everyone think? Do you like it? Or do you have ideas of your own? Let me know, either here or on the Shippers Names? thread ;)
 
OMG! I'm Treble Posting - but since my last post was in September, I'll let myself off with a friendly warning.

I've just received a PM from aplaceaside with a suggestion for a possible ship name for these two. She suggests Cander (since it's a contraction of Catherine/Sanders)

So, is there any life in this ship? Any recent interactions on the show that might make for good shippy talk? :)
 
Do you mean like Catherine and Greg toghether?? like a couple?
I wouldnt want that, But Catherine is so nice to Greg, like and Mother to him.
 
i don't necessarily think they would be nominated for couple most likely to stay together forever, but they do like to flirt. i just think the idea of them together is fun. both of them are fairly open and funny. catherine totally takes care of him, but he would be willing to stand up for her as well. they have a good history anyway. in some ways i think the idea of them is so fun because you could see catherine taking complete charge and greg completely enjoying it. i mean, i really think greg needs some love and until i somehow manage to become a character on csi, vicarious ships like this will have to do.

Anyway, I always loved Cath and Greg together - from the "nothin' but skin" comment, to "just another pretty face who got to where I am by sleeping with Catherine" - it's adorable. As someone else mentioned in this thread, I don't think he's ready for the maturity of a stepfather role, so I always thought if Cath had a younger, single, non-parent sister closer to Greg's age, they'd be absolutely perfect for eachother.

But yes, in lieu of that, bring on the Cander ;D
