How much make up was Kendall wearing??? That much make-up to work in a crime lab???? :eek: :rolleyes:

Loved the episode though, good to have so much lab stuff although I fet the mutated DNA was a little far-fetched but what do I know....

Flack/Angell were just gorgeous and even Danny/Lyndsay were cute in a way that didn't have me reaching for the nearest bucket.

Oh and if there is some extremely kind person out there *cough*Lorelai*cough* who could possibly post caps of Danny's cute arse as seen in the scenes on the museum steps I'd be their friend forever...... :D
 
I'm not buying the Angell/Flack angle. I don't find a lot of heat, and talk about having a potential romance crammed in your face, we skipped over anything meaningful between the characters and jumped right into grounds for sexual harassment.

I wasn't really impressed. :p Just because they're pretty, and they're pretty together, doesn't mean that they should have a roll in the hay together.

And another relationship with co-workers being attracted to/dating each other? Nooooooo. Please. We've had plenty of that. They can banter all they want and even flirt a bit, but I don't want to see two detectives dating.

In fact, I'd prefer it if they'd turn the volume down on romance altogether. If I wanted romance, I'd watch "Grey's Anatomy" or another soap.

Heh, I totally second this. If it's ever possible, no ships at all or very minimal mention of it.

The main reason I talked about Flack/Angell becoming a possible canon ship is because I doubt TPTB is going to make the show ship-less anytime soon, not with the way the other two CSI shows are going on. And well, between a contrived ship that is still lacking chemistry two years on and a ship with great chemistry that won't be in-your-face since one of the characters is only a recurring one ... I'd pick the latter, hands down.

By the way, did anyone notice how casually dressed Adam was? And Flack's hideous tie in the last quarter of the episode? :lol: I swear it was some terrifying polka-dot on black thing.

I think he was trying to balance out the fact that Kendall was looking like a lady of the night. :) I am just trying to picture if people actually showed up to do police work wearing what the cast does?

I am glad cSiNyFrEaK30 agreed with the One Tree Hill bit. Or those of you that said "Grey's Anatomy" (I don't watch it, so I don't know). Too much shippy shippy = soap opera.

Surreal_44 Thanks for your honest and candid review. From all the survivors I have dealt with (a lot, as I was the Violence Against Women/Domestic Violence specialist), I know that people often don't have a clear view of the aftermath in the life of a "victim". I think/hope they were just trying to portray Mac as not being able to see the shades between black and white, and for some reason were just making Flack be tough cop. I wonder what the scene would have been like if they had Stella doing the interrogation? /ramble

But that's how he always dresses--a printed t-shirt under a button up (which is often plaid, I've noticed lately). He's usually got the lab coat over it, but that's pretty typical of his wardrobe. ;)
 
great episode and really interesting case(s)

I liked:
- Adam, so cute
- Sid and Hawkes discussing the shotgun wound
- Hawkes being geeky - hot hot hot
- Flack & Stella, they are a perfect team, love the banter
- bad-ass Lindsay - it was only 3 seconds long but she rocked
- Stella realting with Fern
- Fern, the actress did a wonderful job

didnt like:
- Kendall - annoying
- Flack & Jennifer, had to close my eyes
- Macs moral at the end of the interogation - leave those to Horatio, please

LOVED:
- Danny & Lindsay re-creating the shooting, they are the best team, Danny pouting cause she wouldnt let him use the thingy and then making teasing her about her skills. they really do have the best chemistry on the north hemisphere

- I can't believe that they re-used clips from Snow Day!!

- That tie should definatly not be below Flacks vest! :p

- That theme tune is really growing on me :D

Sorry but between Danny/Lindsay, Kendall/Adam and Flack/Angel I thought I was watching The Dating Game.....I'm sorry wasn't this supposed to be a crime show?

Beats me how they fit the cases in between all the soap.

I thought the scene was cute, and to me they appeared more like a dating couple than they have all season. But actual romantic/sexual chemistry? You're right, they still ain't got any. TPTB need to look at Eddie and Emmanuelle if they're wanting a realistic and sexy couple with true chemistry on the show. Either that or they need to pair Carmine with just about any other actress (or actor or plant or animal or inanimate object) on the face of the earth.
 
Ok, I've just ended seeing last night episode and I have to admit that I really enjoyed it. It has been such a long time since I didn't saw a CSI:NY episode just for the fact of the criminal investigation. I mean, not even mentioning the 333 case, lol! It must have been a rough decison for TPTB! Anyway, there goes my...

5. Stella taking photos from the crane at the very beginning. Anyone else thougt about the Romeo & Juliet balcony's scene?

I liked the Flack/Angell, Adam/Kendall scenes, I like characters having some private life too, btw what happened to Flack's rich gf?

I didn't like the bullfighting thing, 'cause I'm Spanish and I hate bullfighting so much and cliches about Spain... :rolleyes:
