According to the spoiler picture thread, there is a mask in Grissom's place that was given to him by Heather. But, it's not the same mask that he took in Slaves of Las Vegas. So, my question is, where is the black mask that he took and when did Heather give him the gold one?

I think the gold mask was given to him as a "Thank you" for having her Ex bring Alison to her home. That was such a sweet moment!

What I really like to see....

What I'd really like to see is Cath find the mask in Grissom's apartment and ask him about THAT, instead of the picture she found on the fridge.

*SIGH* so TPTB cut the great 'Cath in Gil's place' scene from last night's episode. I really wanted to have him explain to Cath, who really wouldn't care, how he got the mask and when exactly he got it. ;) :D
 
Yep I like that gold mask. :) I only wish it was the mask from SOLV. That would have been perfect.


I love how they left the ending up to our imagination with the phone call. :)


I like Maddie and hope she comes back. Of course we got our fingers crossed that Ms. Kessler will come back too! :drool:

Again, where did she get it and more importantly, when did she give it to Gil?

It's funny that when they showed Gils (new apartment) that mask was there. Maybe she gave it to him as a housewarming present for moving into his new place. ;)
 
Actually he has several masks. Hmm...it makes you wonder if Lady Heather had anything to do with that? :thumbsup:

As you can see there are more masks in the background. :)
 
i'd say she gave it to him either after their first encounter, or the last.

it seems that she could not have given anything to him while she was in despair in POtTR, nor when he was a jerk in LHB. so obviously there is SoLV left with him examining those masks with fascination, or years later after he helped her locate and reunite with Alison.

personally, i think the latter. Heather would remember him being interested in them. in TGtBatD he had finally helped her with something as a friend and i see her giving him one of her masks as a thank you.

it makes me feel warm inside to know they are now both on good terms with each other :)

He went out of his way to ...

Make sure she was okay in the hospital

And to reunite her with her granddaughter.

Obviously he still cares for her and probably still has feelings for her.
