Karu, Gil's doggie is called Hank. I think that it was *possibly or maybe this is just wishful thinking on my behalf* that it was meant to be Cath on the phone, cause remember, the scene was originally meant to feature her instead of Madeline... I don't think it was meant to be Sara, cause since she left, she wasn't ever really mentioned... But who knows...

I was thinking it was either Hank or Bruce. I couldn't remember which. :lol:

I hope it was Cath on the phone too (cause they were talking earlier on the phone, so I just thought it could be her). The only thing that made me think it was possibly Sara was cause originally there was supposed to be a scene where Cath was at Gil's and found a pic of him and Sara on the fridge or something. But, I could see Cath calling him and asking him how he's feeling cause they're good friends and all.

Erm, GNRFan asked that question not me... but Gil's dog name is Hank? I wonder where he got that name from. Hmm, do you think Gil and Cath would name their son after Hank? Or is that just weird? I honestly think that Hank Grissom has a nice ring to it. How do you think Hank will react to the kid when they bring him home?

Sorry, about that Karu... Tiredness is setting in and I can't read properly... To quote Sid (CSI:NY) That's my excuse and until you have evidence to prove otherwise, I'm sticking to it. :lol: I think it might be a little weird if they named their son after his dog... :lol: Hank is a name I'd never had imagine Gil to name his dog... I would expect Gil to come up with something more unusual. I've been looking through a website called behindthename.com and I've been browsing and trying to look for possible names for Gil and Cath's kids. Hey, do any of you guys know what Gil or Cath's nationality is? I was thinking that Gil might choose traditional middle names in order to balance out the unusual unique first names. When you think about it, Gil can traditional and unique at different times, the same with Cath... did that make any sense at all?

I'm a little surprised they named the dog Hank considering that Hank was the name of the scumbag who was two-timing Sara. :lol: And then they went and put Sara and Grissom together ... and she often took Hank (the dog) for a walk. :lol:

I don't think Gil would choose Hank for his kid's name though. I think he'd probably choose the name of a type of beetle or something. :lol: If there is one that would make a good name for a kid that is. :lol:

Hehe thank you, I love Sid, he makes me laugh with some of the things he comes out with.

:lol: I can totally imagine an arguement between Gil and Cath, cause he wanted to name his Kid after a certain type of bug... :lol: That would be a hilarious scene for a fic... *Hint hint all fic writers* I'm not too sure that Cath would be happy with it though... I'm not sure of either Gil or Cath's nationalities, are they both American? Dunno... :lol: And yeah Karu, I get what your saying, I agree, yeah it did make sense.

^ No, you haven't missed anything, we're just letting our minds get carried away as to what would happen if Gil and Cath got together and had a kid... Nothing has happened, except in our imaginations.

I bet that Cath would be the rational one and not let him name his kid after a bug... :lol: I have lots of cute little images in my head of Gil and Cath with a baby, I think that if they had a little girl, she'd be a total Daddy's girl, I imagine Gil would dote upon her completely (maybe that's a very Northern Ireland phrase, it kinda means, she'd be the apple of his eye.).

I was watching the last episode of CSI on Spike about an hour ago and that episode made my dad go 'Just kiss already, it's clear you want her.' about Grissom to Catherine and I was like . It's just... an odd experience for my parents to talk about pairings that I enjoy. ^^ It was like the time that my mom called Batman and Robin secret lovers (which was completely random, too). xD Anyway... Catherine and Grissom need to get together ASAP or I will be :brickwall: after every episode until they get together. xD

If Gil or Cath would just lean a little closer at times...it's not that hard people!:scream: I love it when people who don't usually watch the show can watch one episode and see what us die hard Purejoy fans see. Just goes to show you can't deny the chemistry that explodes between G/C....you could build a brick house with as many times as I've felt like doing this:brickwall:...wonder if Gil and Cath would like to live in a brick house when they get together?:lol:

I don't know why, but I get the feeling that both Gil and Cath (especially Gil) have some Irish blood. :lol: We know Gil isn't of ScAndinavian (sp?) decent cause if he were, he would have put that stuff on his foot instead of Greg's. :lol: I'm thinking Gil could have English decent too.

What are the names of some bugs that would work for a kid's name? I thought I remembered hearing one time that there's a bug called a Hailey bug or something... So if there is, maybe Gil would want to name his daughter Hailey. I don't think that Cath would object to that name. :lol:

Can't remember the name but it had Cath going to a bar after work, meeting a guy who wrote his work number on a matchbook, walked her out to their car, they made out, she left, and then he became a suspect in a case. His name was Adam Novack (I don't know if that's how it's spelled), but it turned out that Alice's ex (the first victim) did it. xD

I bet they would, but then there's the worry that their child would run/walk into it and hurt themselves. :lol:
