Uhoh...now I'm feeling guilty for corrupting minors...not! :D Thanks for the transcript, WP. That scene was so cute that I chuckle whenever I think of it. Did you guys notice that Gil tilted his head and shrugged after Cath's "it was you" comment? So cute. Talking about trying to look innocent. :lol:

LOL Ah, I love their interaction in this ep. First the way he covers her without thinking... and the way he KEEPS his hand on her even as they turn to see what's going on. Seriously, it makes me swoon. I mean, come on! Just the way their bodies fit together... YUM.

Well, I DO love their interaction! LOL (Though not in EVERY ep, as you're very well aware. *glares at TPTB*) Seriously, though, this is one of those eps where their interaction is extra great. Everything from that first "oh, I'm gonna push you up against this SUV and have my wicked way with you!"-scene to the extremely cute "That was you!"-scene, which is just... well... cute. I mean, sure, it was pretty much a no-brainer to figure out that Gil would've been one of those boys with an ant farm, but in a small way it still goes to show how well they know each other. Plus it's just plain cute. Period. ;)

Grissom vs. the Volcano-- that cute scene showed that Gil and Cath aren't polar opposites after all. Volcano science fair project? Uh-huh, Cath has the inner geek in her. ;) A lot of the viewers were so confused about their convo in the volcano scene. It was like they had their own little GC world and the poor viewers were left out.. lol! A lot of viewers thought that the scene implied that they were classmates in the fifth grade. (they weren't) Well yeah they have their own GC cryptic conversations that sometimes only they can understand each other.

I also love the scene when Gil mightily pinned Catherine against the SUV. (of course SUV porn is always number one on my list! :lol: ) His instinct is to protect her. It also showed that Gil also has the makings of the dangerous/athletic/physical knight in shining armour that Cath is supposed to be looking for in a man.

I would think the "Yeah, only my ants were Black Argentinians" from Gil, plus the fact that he's several years older than Cath, would kill any thoughts of Catherine actually meaning him in the literal way. But yeah, I can see where confusion might enter into the picture. (Ooooh... enter... *would drag self out of the gutter, but what would be the fun in that?*)

And I love that Cath has an inner geek, too, even if it was in the 5th grade. LOL *sighs* We need more cute moments between them. They've been royally messed with lately.

Seriously, though, I get the confusion. LOL If you're not following the conversation really closely, I totally get why one would go with the literal meaning. LOL Actually, it would've been totally cute had they gone to school together. I can totally picture them being childhood friends and keeping that friendship and MORE!) as adults.
