Please tell me someone is going to get us caps from last night's episode! That was the most amazing episode we've had in a long time.
I agree! I really hope that some pics from "In the Wind" make it into this thread. It was by far my favorite episode of CSIM in a long, long time.:adore:
The promo showed Walter floating in the space ship...this seems exciting. Someone, hurry up and post In The Wind pics. I find it sooo funny to see the EC (haters thread) as I call it, pop up again.:guffaw::guffaw::guffaw:
In compliance with speed_cochrane's instructions, I'll refrain from name-calling (that's not my style, anyway); but I will say that I was quite surprised
to see the "anti-Eric & Calleigh" thread pop back up out of the blue recently in the general CSI Miami section of the forum. (Coincidentally, right around the time that the E/C scenes in "In the Wind" started generating tons of positive internet buzz). I would have expected to find that thread in the "Shipper Central" section, since no other dedicated "anti-'ship" thread like that appears in the CSI (Vegas) or CSINY sections, even though there are many fans who don't support 'ships on those shows, either.
I'm all for people expressing their opinions (that's what makes the USA such a great country!), but it should be done in a
civil fashion, IMHO. However, some of the comments on that thread are so bitter and hateful
that you wonder whether the posters have something against the concept of love itself; or some personal animus against the actors. (
Slower, this statement is specifically
not directed at you, since you and several others on that thread always remain respectful in your commentary). And apparently, you can't disagree with anything that's said there without getting beaten down
, so I've just stayed away altogether. Anyway, the topic-starter said that the thread was mod-approved, so who am I to disagree? I'm just a "newbie," after all.
Please don't throw any flames/tomatoes my way ... I think we can all agree that all of us board-members are entitled to our diverse opinions, and I'm merely expressing my view as politely as possible.
Anyhow, even though my post is only responding to other posts in the current topic, I think I've digressed enough for today. I'll simply conclude by reiterating my request for pictures from "In the Wind" (esp. HQ ones of E/C, obviously!
:lol
in this thread.
