Flack/Monroe #2 - It's a Block Party Thing!

See I can't see him waiting. And maybe she called him to get a ride back to the lab. Stella and Hawkes stayed at the scene and then the doctor said someone should drive you. And of course she would want to see Flack to let him know she was ok. ;)
 
I always love the pics you post. It's the most ordinary thing, like Flack with a warrant or Lindsay at a scene and you turn it into a shipping moment. It makes me happy inside.

By the way, I finished one of my fics and I don't really post them on CSI: Files, so I think I'll just edit this post with the links to LJ and ff.net. And I want to post the EP, so I'll definitely do that tonight. Guh. I have so much to do!

Random Question: If Lindsay ever opened up to Flack about her murky past, do you think it would be because she was forced to, due to unforeseen circumstances, or because she genuinely wanted to talk to him?

I think she would tell him because she wanted to. He wouldn't want her to be forced into telling him something, and she knows that.
 
To answer the random question I'm not really sure. So far Lindsay seems to be a person that doesn't share a lot of personal info. I would think she would want to talk to Flack about it. But it might have to take something to get her to actually start talking to him about it. Especially if she thinks it might come back in some form. (person, situation, or something else)

Thanks guys! Now that csi screencaps has put up a few of the latest ones that they didn't have before. I'm going to try and get a few more that I remember from the episodes that I thought would be nice. ;)
 
^^ I think that they're doing quite well. I like the easiness between them, like in People with Money-- I loved the conversation between them that said, "How many numbers did you get?" "3" and she does this really adorable laugh of hers! It's as if they're trying to hide their "relationship" from Stella.

I'm really warming up to FM now... even though I'm mainly a D/L person.
 
I think that, obviously, during S2 they were still getting to know each other. For me, I always use Aiden. Flack was obviously close with her, and during S1 he and Aiden worked a lot of cases together. I think they had a little bit of chemistry. Flack might've seen Lindsay as Aiden's replacement, and resented her for it. You know, tried to find something wrong with her, and not even tried to get to know her. But I think "Cool Hunter", the first case they worked together, was when he realized that maybe he should give Lindsay a chance, that she might not be as bad as he's been trying to make her out to be.

"Charge of This Post" we saw them flirting so bad, and obvious chemistry again. I mean, that whole block party thing? Ugh. And the way they looked at each other... Yeah. They were totally crushing. But then Flack went 'splody, and Lindsay realized that hey, she really likes that tall good-looking cop. And maybe it scared her, because she was never supposed to like Flack. She was supposed to like Danny, because from day one that kid's been flirting with her even if he didn't realize it.

During Flack's recovery they grew closer. She went to see him in the hospital, and when he got out. The conversation in "People With Money" was so choice. It was almost like an inside joke. And then the way he looks at her -- like in "Not What It Looks Like", in the bank and when Lindsay went UC. Flack looked so worried, he had the radio up to his mouth like he was just waiting for a chance to go save her.

As of "Raising Shane", though... Hm. I think they're dating. Yes. Why do you think she didn't show up for her 'date' with Danny in "Love Run Cold"? Obviously she was with Flack. He told her how he felt the same night Lindsay went UC, and now they're treading the tepid waters of love. xoxo.
 
Just out of curiosity, what made you think that they were dating? My focus always being pulled toward DL, I didn't really notice anything between Flack and Linds last week, even though I do ship them a bit. I'm not disagreeing, I'm just curious.. :D
 
I disregard DL. As much as I like both of the characters (and kudos to TPTB for bringing back S1 Danny!), the Danny/Lindsay ship just seems forced to me. The chemistry, their lines, everything they do. Even from the first scene, it was obvious what the writers intentions were. I don't like ships like that. I like it when romance develops on its own. I mean, when the writers actually have to spell it out for the viewers ("We have this chemistry") it's not a good sign.

However, I think that Flack and Lindsay have a natural chemistry, and that their characters aren't total polar opposites like in the case of Danny and Lindsay. Flack and Lindsay also have a lot of personality traits in common, too. I think they're that pairing that came unlooked for, with the natural chemistry. Anyway.

This "dating" that I'm talking about? It's sort of like what the Flack/Danny fans do. I'm hypothesizing in my fangirl verse, even though if Flack/Lindsay went canon the way I write it I'd wet my pants.

haha, if we went canon the way Poet writes we'd all be in for it. because it would be... I dunno, SP could they put all of the things you write on TV?? :lol: I love how she explains things, Thats why she rocks. :D ... Dunno how much on the DL I can agree with you on, but I always have your back. ;)

Yeah, I gots a name change. I likes it.
