Flack/Monroe #2 - It's a Block Party Thing!

Harry v. Flack ;; Hermione v. Lindsay.

I have to ask now if there would be magic used in these duels, because if not... I can so see Flack beating up Harry. stupid dorky kid with a stupid dorky scar. And I think Hermione and Lindsay would have more of an intellectual dispute, sort of an academic decathalon thing. To see who knows the most, because honestly, I can't see either Lindsay or Hermione getting in a chick fight. :|
 
well they'd have to have like some magic, its only fair, cause yeah, Flack would tear him into shreads. ... yeah I can see that for Hermione and Lindsay too.
 
If Harry won, I think it would some sort of accident, like Flack wasn't looking or something. Harry would want a rematch or some such but Flack would be all gallant about it, saying he won fair and square. I think that's the only way Harry could win, really; because the usual disarming spell (expelliarmus) wouldn't work due to the fact that Flack is, as JKR would say, a Muggle. But I think Flack would more overpower Harry anyways.

Harry Potter and CSI:NY. One of the most unlikeliest crossovers imaginable. XD
 
Unlikeliest crossover until someone thinks it up then tells us all about it. So maybe not so unlikely. ;)

I know I'm a DL shipper too (sorry but I had to say it) but when Danny seems to under-estimate her it just eeerrrrrrr. Again it justs makes me think FM is better.
 
...the thread's dead all day, i go to sleep, and you guys start dicussing harry potter without me. so not cool.

i think without magic, flack would so kick harry's butt. however, with magic, the fight would be slightly one-sided, no? and i can definitely see the lindsay and hermonie intellectual dispute thing.

...but i've actually seen a CSI/Harry Potter crossover written. it was vegas, and i don't know if it was ever finished, but still...

but a CSI:NY/harry potter story...interesting.

...danny just underestimates things in general. it's a slight character flaw of his.
 
Danny's also a whiny little bitch. He's cute. But he's whiny. And this season he had stealth character development, a sort of growing up (I think) because of the whole thing with Louie and Flack. I dunno.

I remember seeing a Harry Potter/Crossing Jordan crossover once. And I stopped reading the moment Harry said, "Bite me, Jordan." Harry Potter would never say 'Bite me.' Never! :(

Question #1: when, if during S2, do you think Flack and Lindsay would get together? If not during S2, how do you think the relationship started?

Question #2: How do you think Lindsay and Flack would break the news to the team? Who would find out first?
 
I'd die laughing if Harry ever said Bite Me. I think they either talked to me and Em to much or they like Buffy.

Question 1 I'm not sure on that one, probably mid-way. Yup. Mid-Way Why? I like Mid-Way Seasons. They nice.

Question 2 I say they'd just come out and tell them, but Mac or Stella would know first, probably Stella. So she can help break the news to Mac, {shrugs}
 
Going to try and give a try at answering those questions.
#1 I think if they did get together in S2 in would be in the last few episodes of the season. I think Flack is someone that has to spend some time with people before he would jump into anything friendship or otherwise. If not in S2 then I would hope during the first few of S3. (and I'm not concerned about the S3 spoilers) After he got better and she got to spend more time with him.
#2 I think Danny would know, Flack would tell him. Stella would guess it then news would just get around. ;)
 
I think that they are two people that are still getting to know each other. I think they are careful about getting too close to other people. But maybe they can let down their guards.

I can actually see Mac pulling for them. I think he would appreciate Linds being there for Flack after his near death experience. :)
 
i agree with Auda on number 1. i think they're still getting to know each other, and are not quite together yet. but if we get some cool moments next season, i could see it happening sometime there.

for number 2, i would love to see hawkes being the unfortunate one to walk in on the two of them having a 'moment' in the locker room, and have to keep the secret from everyone. i'm all for adorable hawkes moments :D
 
I know of screaming-poetically's "Breathe Out " fic where hawkes walks in on FM angst. But can't remember Hawkes walking in on any fluff. Sounds like a bunny for you ILRR! ;)
 
As soon as I read ILRR's post about Hawkes discovering them, I was all, "I did that! In one of my fics, I did that!" XD

As for answering my own questions, I agree with several people on here, that they're still exploring how they feel about each other and getting to know one another. I think "Stealing Home" and "Charge of This Post" would be turning points for both Flack and Lindsay, though, in making them realize 'hey, maybe I like him/her more than I thought.'

I think Danny would catch on quickly, mostly because Flack's his best friend. Also: Danny flirts with Lindsay a lot and since Don/Lindsay/Danny is my OT3, I can so see Danny getting all angsty over this and finding out in a most unsavory way. Then trying to beat up Flack. Stella, of course, would know -- she's no ordinary superwoman. And maybe Sid Hammerback, because he's pretty much the man.
 
So does our favorite have any good UTT shots? I know we don't have a lot with them together so why know try to find UTT shots. :devil: ;)

Have you written a T3 of M/M/F? Wouldn't mind reading one or hundreds of them. I know someone wrote Lindsay having a dream about the both of them. :devil:
