It was merely a hypothetical situation. No need to fret. I'm sure there is plenty of Flack to go around and we can all share him! Besides, Flack is a fictional character. Now, things would be different if he were real as all the fangirls will fight for a piece of him!

It’s like you expect the tie. As well him raising an eyebrow at a suspect. One of the many things I come to adore about Flack. *sigh*

Needless to say the blue eyes and black hair combination has to be the hottest thing ever. Can anyone think of one guy who was not Cute/hot/gorgeous/yum/etc… sporting that combo? ;)

^ I love the blue eyes and black (or dark brown) hair combo too. Somehow, the blonde-blue eyes combo doesn't do a lot for me... I like mostly guys with dark hair color. :p

I think one of my first celeb actor crushes was someone with brown hair and blue eyes...Chris O'Donnell. *hears giggling* Hey, he was HOT in Batman Forever (I was about 10 years old when the movie came out) and Batman & Robin, okay? :p Even though Batman & Robin was a crap movie, he was so cute back then, with that crew cut and his blue eyes...

It's like you expect the tie.
Totally agree. Flack just looks like the kind of guy who would wear those fugly ties, but I bet he thinks they're stylish...

I'm reading Deluge at the moment and I agree it's good to read a little about how Flack is coping/feeling since the bombing, and that his injuries/scars are still causing him discomfort. But I'm glad as well that they didn't go down that addicted-to-pain-meds route like they have with Without a Trace when Martin got shot and in Criminal Minds when Reid was kidnapped, I would've hated it if Flack had ended up that way, but to be honest I don't think he would. But who knows what would've happened. But it would've been nice to hear something about his experience with the bombing in the show. Maybe have him admit something.

I'm glad they didn't go down the tired "addicted to painkillers" route as well. It's a shame they never followed up with what Flack went through after the bombing, but it is Flack. He's not one to get weepy about it or dwell on it in an emotional sense. Flack really is a pretty tough guy. I'm curious about Deluge, though, because it would be nice to see a little follow up on the bombing!

Also, KRAD, who is writing the next CSI: NY novel, has stated that he's a Flack fan, so I can't wait to see what he comes up with for our favorite detective! :D

No, he isn't one to really show his emotions at least not any concerning the bomb, and he is tough but that's what I like about him. I love his expressions and some of the lines he comes out with it's just so funny. I'm looking forward to finishing Deluge though. And my sister was saying that the author seems to have a thing for Stella. Cause in the first one Stella get's that leptospirosis from all those cats, in the second she has a stalker. And well It's not really been about her in this one, but It did seem a bit like that. But anyway.

Add me to the list of people glad they didn't go the addiction route with Flack. While I'm sure EC would have totally rocked a storyline like that, I think it's been done often enough in just the past few years. But it would have been nice for there to have been some acknowledgement beyond the 'blink and you miss it' mentions in S3 ep1.

Even just say having Flack chase down a suspect and then have to take a breather because his stamina wasn't as good as it had been, that would have worked.

I just finished reading Deluge over the Christmas holidays and I'm glad that even if it was just a tiny glimpse, we get to go into Flack's psyche after the bombing. It's such a pity that we only got a tidbit about Flack's recovery in the third season premiere. However, I agree with the rest of you that I'm glad the writers didn't go down that route where Flack gets addicted to pain meds.

I would've been put off slightly if they had gone down that road, but they didn't so it's alright. I'm a little dissapointed that it wasn't mentioned much. But ah well. At least you get to see him in his trousers with no shirt on, although he has a vest on, can't remember what the episode is called but it's in S4, and he looked so HOT. Seriously I was hoping he'd take more off. And well that's the first time I've seen him on a date. Oh how I love Flack :).
