At the end of the promo, when you see Eric and Calleigh's faces, doesn't it seem like their at a hospital? and it's got me thinking that the person (when you see Calleigh you can see a chin and some hair on the right) in the bed is Natalia.....? hmmmm.....

It does look like her chin. I don't know if she would be in the hospital because of H or Ryan shooting her or maybe she has some sort of reaction to the drug and thats why she's in the hospital. She could also be in the hospital due to her hearing. Maybe the reason why she's laying on the ground has to do with her hearing or something. I doubt thats the reason why but there's so many things could be the reason why she's in the hospital. I wish she was in the hospital but knowing TPTB its not her and it's someone else. I'm really loving the talk about this episode though! I'm getting really excited for Sunday!! I keep counting down the days. I kinda get freaked out by seeing her eyes open in the promo. The first time I watched it I jumped. Hopefully this episode will be what we are all hoping and been asking for!!!

After watching the promo I agree, it could be Natalia in the bed. Also, if you re-read the discription of the effects of the drug below....you'll see how dangerous it can be!

Due to the potent combination of anticholinergic substances it contains, Datura intoxication typically produces effects similar to that of an anticholinergic delirium (as contrasted to hallucination): a complete inability to differentiate reality from fantasy hyperthermia; tachycardia; bizarre, and possibly violent behavior; and severe mydriasis with resultant painful photophobia that can last several days. Pronounced amnesia is another commonly reported effect.

No other psychoactive substance has received as many "train wreck" (i.e., severely negative experience) reports as has Datura. The overwhelming majority of those who describe their use of Datura find their experiences extremely mentally and physically unpleasant and often physically dangerous.

Hyperthermia! Tachycardia! Either one of those alone can be fatal! But if TPTB don't use them, Nat could also be sedated till the drug wears off, just so she doesn't hurt herself or anyone else. The team could all be there, worried sick in case she wakes up and is still effected or doesn't wake up at all!

Though it may not be as epic and tense as that, TPTB have alot of fuel there and reasons to put Nat in a hospital bed

Okay, I've had a few minutes to calm down now, so I'm editing my post. (Because, you know, caps lock and a bunch of 'OMG's don't exactly make for a healthy post.)

So basically, I've been keeping my eyes open all week for someone to post an extended promo of 'Sleepless in Miami'. I must have visited YouTube at least 150 times over the last four days. (I know, I know - get a life!) After a lot of unsuccessful searches, I stumbled across a BEHIND THE SCENES video that the CBS YouTube account just posted. I freaked, went here and posted the link, watched it, and freaked some more.

I must have watched it a billion times already and I'm even more excited for Sunday than I was previously, which I didn't realize was possible! The video answers quite a few questions that we had, so it's a good watch... unless you are unlike me and have the strength to keep yourself away from spoilers!

Yup, and it looks like both Eric and Calleigh are there to babysit. (I can't believe her and Calleigh are actually going to be in the same scene, interacting together! That was on my wish list; it's been a while since the only two girls on the show have really interacted.)

We were pretty close then! I also love the fact that they're going to have a scene together, it was a while ago we had some decent scenes with them.

I spoke to an....hm...more experimental friend of mine yesterday :lol:. He had tried Datura last season, before he and some friends were going to attend a big air snowboarding competition. Need I say they never made it there?

Apparently he had the worst trip ever and you could write a horror movie from what he told me. At first, he just felt sick and feverish and passed out, but when he woke up he discovered a dead body, covered in flies, under his bed. So he ran out to the living room were his mum and a strange older woman sat watching tv. He tried to the his mother about the dead body, but she didn't answer, just continued staring at the screen. After another try, her friend turned around and laughed. Her eyes were gone. He got scared and ran to the bathroom with her chasing him, but he managed to get away and lock the door.

For a while, everything was quiet until he heard someone crying. When he turned around, a ten year old girl was sittting in the bathroom. He asked her what she was doing in his bathroom and why she was crying. No answer. He got tired and fell asleep on the floor, and when he woke the girl was still there but lying next to him. Her eyes had no pupils or anything, they were just black. When she started laughing at him in an evil way, he ran out in the living room again. The strange woman was still there, along with some other people having some sort of satanic mass - in his living room! They were chanting, doing crazy rituals and everyone carried massive knives. The woman started chasing him again and this time she almost got him. He suddenly thought there was a lift into his bedroom (it's a single floor apartment...) so he ran there, with her distorted arms and long fingernails clasping after him, but he managed to get back to his bedroom.

After that he "only" saw lots of huge insects crawling over his legs, in his bed and in the roof but he could still hear the mass sing. To calm his nerves, he started to read a book but when he was going to turn to the next page, he realized he didn't have a book in his hands, he was just holding them up like he was reading.

And this was just a summary .

The day after, he found pillows in his fridge, youghurt and some towels in his bathroom, and discovered that the thing he thought was the lift to his bedroom was his closet, which was totally puked over... so don't try this if you're not absolutley sure what you are doing! This is an experienced guy and even he said never again. He even had minor hallucinations days after, like chopped off legs and arms in his drawer, giant spiders in the roof etc.

I don't think it would be a stuck-to-rail job. I think thats why Eric and Calleigh are there, in case she wakes up and is still tripping.

Also, I think H left them there to explain to Nat when she wakes up what happened. I mean, if she does suffer from amnesiea from the drug then she probably remembers going from the scene to a hospital bed....I'd be freaking out too

And I'm gonna stand by my gut and say she probably had to be put under till the drug wore off, though maybe TPTB read the dangerous side effects of the drug and decided to have them effect Nat too.

As for the getting angry at Eric bit, I think it was just the case starting to get to her, I mean, in the promo the woman says "open your eyes" then Nat awakes in "the lab" so I'm guessing she doesn't start tripping till then.

I don't think Horatio would want anyone telling her what she'd done if she doesn't remember....why make her go through it a second time? Most likely she'll remember bits & pieces but not be able to put it all together - that's my guess based on the fact that it appears the other "drugged victim" is able to recall a few things.
And I'm hoping Horatio, Ryan & Walter are all present in that hospital room as well as Eric and Calleigh.

I think so too. She doesn't have anything hooked up to her in the hospital , so we know she isn't having breathing or heart problems.

When I heard them say she hijacked a car I was like wow. She really is going crazy in this episode. That's just not something Natalia would do. So I'm guessing the black Charger is the one she hijacks. I wonder where she hijacks that car from cause Chargers arent that cheap. There's so many things in this episode where she could possibly go to jail for. :guffaw: I didn't see Nick in his crime-scene clean-up clothes. I'll have to re-watch it nor did I see her step in the puddle of blood barefoot. I missed two great things. Oh well thats why they have the rewind button! 2 more days!!!!
