Eric/Greg: Leggo Our Greggo thread #15

Yeah, Rambo was the best with Greg.

However, Dustin Lee Abraham is still here and he's given Greg some lovin' in the past. And who knows, maybe some of the new writers coming onto the show might be good for Greggo too.

Anyway, as for the two episodes from last week - both are two of my favorite. I'll be short with this as many have already pointed out most of the good stuff.

My two favorite scenes from "No Humans Involved" is the beginning when Greg hides behind the dumpsters during the shoot out. Poor guy. Well, that and Sofia being badass but that's for a different thread. The other scene is when Warrick checks his phone and sees Greg calling. I don't know why, but I really liked that scene. And with Warrick's comment to Mia about checking up on him. Great stuff.

And what can I say about "Who Shot Sherlock?" that hasn't been said? Best Gregisode ever, really. That pretty much says it all.

Well, not much we can do but hope for the best. We're all afraid of changes, and maybe, just maybe, this could be a good thing for the show and for Greg.

*crosses fingers*

David Rambo is leaving? Anyway i will try to do eveytime i do : not gonna worry until i see Greg in new season. :wtf:

I haven't seen this week's episodes yet because of my brother is getting married. Family needs me. I plan to make everyone watch CSI at the ceremoni and introduce Greg as my future husband.

Right now all i can say is i love WSS! I love how he was happy when he saw he had passed. Also he was so serious when Sara offered a drink and he seemed he didn't care or just didn't hear. Our guy is getting serious step by step.

Also i need to say i like the scene PraetorCorvinus told. Sometimes it seems Warrick was the farthest person to Greg but actually not like that at all. He always supported Greg. Once he even gave him some very good advices when Greg was late to the crime scene.

Well maybe newer writers will see the potential they can have in Greg and maybe we will be pleasantly surprised...so I hope.

Well so far we've only heard about one person not returning, Liz Vassey. Otherwise no one else has been mentioned. I really think we would have heard by now if anyone else was not returning. I'm confident Eric is coming back.

This week's Gregisode eps reminder for those who are taking part.
July 1st Gregisode: Spark of Life (Season 5) - Greg's most emotional case?
Greg scene: Big Middle (Season 5) - Greg crushed by a mannequin!

Hey, well I'm back online! And not a moment too soon, I heard the news about David Rambo. That's really sad he's leaving, he had some of the best episodes for Greg! Hopefully the current and/or new writers will continue to see the potential for Greg-isodes.

This weeks Gregisode episode, Spark of Life, never fails to touch me. I feel so sad for Greg and watching how this case hits him so hard, hits me hard too! It must be difficult to see a victim still living, when he mostly deals with those who are already dead. I love the emotion Eric brings to the episode and how he gives Greg that empathy and sympathy which is so powerful. I like what Sophia had to say to him, about going home and grabbing a beer, hug your pillow or your cat etc etc etc...(and I had to throw in the pun considering my cat is named Etcetera ). It was the perfect thing to say.

And, as an added bonus...he looks beautiful in the episode too. :adore:

Yay, welcome back egeria!

I was waiting for someone else to comment before I ended up posting again. I often wondered if in Spark of Life, Greg did not somehow see the possibility that he could have ended up like that woman, if the lab explosion had turned out differently. I like to think that is another reason it affected as much as it did.
Yeah but Eric did a great job showing he can do the serious, emotional stuff too. I think that is why I tend to write angsty fics about him, only because I can see him being that way in certain cases. :D

But then we did have the other episode, Big Middle, which of course shows his comedic talents again. My favorite scene is the mattress and his flirting with Sara during that scene. So cute and funny.

I think that is why I tend to write angsty fics about him, only because I can see him being that way in certain cases. :D

And also because the H/C genre is just an amazing thing to write for. Bring on the angst! (so long as it doesn't turn into a 13-year old's rant of how life is unfair...)

In any case, sorry about being so silent. Have been bogged down by the crazy amount of work needed to be done and just life in general. Will catch up on those Gregisodes soon.

On another note, lack of news about who's coming back and who's not is a good thing. Which means it seems that no one else got dropped so yay. Also, I may have read somewhere--and mind you, my scattered brain may be imagining things--that Eric signed on for another two seasons?
