Hmmm, I wonder if he sleeps shirtless too.

I just would like to really see him outside of work, not involving a scene at the diner.

    Don't wake a fangirl in me:lol:

I'm with you, Dizz. I want more and more about Greg. We have a lot details about other characters like Nick - how he's living etc. We haven't seen Greg's place what is really bad - we saw Nick's, Sara's, Cath's, Warrick's and of course Grissom's. Time to show more about Greg (yeah, I reapeat myself... I'm telling that to myself and here for months:lol:).

Well it is the end of the season and if we are to write to TPTB before they start writing for the new season, the time is now to let our voices be heard about us wanting a little more in depth view of Greg or at least one Greg focused episode for next season.

I agree, now would be the time to do it.

I was actually happy with the time he had this last ep. He even got to get down on the floor and do stuff and it was hott!! It doesn't take much to make me happy. I was hoping him and Nick's time together would be more, but it's a start. We better get more Greg next season, at least 2 eps centered around him. I want to see where he lives or maybe they could do more about him writing that book. I don't want to see him do something wrong or get in trouble. I get enough of that from csim with Ryan. The one thing I'd love to see is Greg learn to shoot a gun and start to carry one. I think it's about time he does it and from that ep of them doing that drill, we see he looks very very hotttt doing gun porn.
I don't understand the lack of time he got this season. It's not like Eric is doing movies or plays now. I read he backed out of a play because of the time confliction with the show. Seems like he could have done both now.:( I know he does stuff with Erockster, but that couldn't take up that much of his time.

About Greg's book - he wrote it and we still don't know what happened with this. I remember that before the season started were few spoilers about the book arc, or did I imagined it? Something was about it...

And ITA, twiz! Next season Greg should (must) have two centered eps.

True, they dropped the book thing which we pretty much figured they would. Maybe they do not want to have to CSI's with a book now that Ray is around and he has a book out there. Maybe when we write TPTB we should bring up the missing book too.

Erockster could very much take up a lot of his time. That sort of production can be pretty high-maintenance. I have no idea how exactly the work is split up there -- i.e. whether he's just the frontman and only does interviews, or if he does the same amount of upkeep work as the other people there -- but he could very well be putting in a lot of time there. He seems to be somewhat of the face of erockster, from what I've heard, so he could also be doing a lot of the PR stuff for it like working with other stations around the country to get it played. That could be very time-consuming.

It'd be nice if they could at least put in a brief mention of why it was dropped (I'd imagine the economy would be the reason). Selling books is a hard business, and book sales have been plummeting for quite some time. I remember reading that one of the major publishing houses was taking zero new book contracts this year. People just don't read very much anymore, and reading rates have been going down for years. Add in the state of the economy and it's no surprise that any book wouldn't do well. I know it's TV, but I just kind of assumed that something like that happened with his book. It would be nice to at least hear him mention it though.

In regards to Erockster, he has not done an interview in 6 months. So that is not taking up his time. Overall I really do not think that takes up a lot of his time, it is all online and there is no talking or DJ-ing on the station so I doubt it takes up a lot of him time. I personally just think TPTB just do not see Greg as that intrigal of a character to the show still. Only recently are they starting to really use him more.

Yeah I just want a mention of the book. I can understand it not being published and all now, but just something saying what happened to it.

I know that Eric did some stuff for Erockster at Coachella again this year, but I believe they were already done with filming so that couldn't have been the reason. Also like Dizzney said, it's all online and he has other people/friends that work it. I thought he mainly only did the interviews and over saw the production and promoting of it. I don't think he really deals with the day to day playing of the music I think he has other people who deal with that.

I thought that they did mention the book and he said that they weren't interested in it, but I could have imagined that or read it in a fan fic LOL.... but I would think that he wouldn't just give up on the book and not look for someone else to publish it.

How about we aim high and demand 3 Greg centered eps and maybe we'll get lucky and get two. I'm going to be very sad if next season we get less Greg, if that's possible. I just got into Las Vega this season. I started from the beginning with season 1 and watched straight through and I just finished a couple months ago. I really love the show, I think it is truly the best written of all three csi shows, I love how the team works so well together, they are friends, mostly I love how they show them out of the lab doing things together, we get nothing like that on Miami, but we do NY. I really hope TPTB doesn't ruin this show now. They need to realize that Greg has been with the show from the start and is a very important part of it.

The book was mentioned in an article but never on the show itself. I would rather see a mention, even if minor about his book on screen.

Yeah well 3 is a bit much to ask for considering TPTB but you aim higher you might at least get something, which is better than nothing.

I agree, LV has the best team dynamic of all the CSI's.

Yeah, the last we heard about the book was he had a meeting with publishers that he cancelled when Warrick was murdered. After that. zip. zero nada.

Definitely hope we get more Greg next season. Even little anecdotes like Catherine had in Hog Heaven. Why can we get little glimpses into his past like that?

I personally was very happy with his screen time this season, I think its been great. There was a few episodes where we saw little of him but for the most part we saw a lot more of him this season then any other(except maybe season 5). But I agree about the book story and that we need a Greg centric ep next season (at least one).

Hey Wojo, what's the best address to write to for TPTB? I always forget.

I think my biggest complaint isn't really the lack of screen time, it's the lack of him actually doing csi work and the fact that newbies seem to have more power over him. I'm tired of seeing Greg doing Archie's computer work and being told how to do it. In one ep he actually did ballistic work on a bullet and he doesn't even carry a gun ( I shouldn't complain because it was a hot scene) Greg+ Gun = gun porn:drool: But where is Bobby? I think the thing I want to see most next season is Greg getting a gun, YES, I need more Greg gun porn...I so have a one track mind tonight, sry.

Do you think it actually helps to complain on the CBS message board? I mean it's CBS and you would think that TPTB would read that stuff. I think we need to go there and make about 20 "We want more Greg Sanders" threads. Maybe that would get their attention.
