I was just about to post on that comment.
I did wonder why that part was in such a comedy packed episode.
Greg and Sara were such good friends maybe he was just upset that she was gone and took it out on Grissom.
I would love to see more tension between the two.

Yeah it could have been about Sara...

Or he could just be having a bad night...

    Thanks for your input guys...

    ;)

I've always imagined that Greg's parents were both academics. I would like to think that they both have their Ph.D's, but I suppose we will never know since the writers don't seem to want to explore Greg's life very much.

I guess Greg's parents would have to be well educated if Greg was something of a prodigy and even if they weren't, they must have had well paying jobs because I'm sure he got into Stanford on a full ride - whatever that means?

A full ride means he had all scholarships to get into college, so his parents did not necessarily have to have money to send him.

Ahh OK so my last post made no sense.
His parents must have been so proud of him. I wonder if his parents now know that he is in the field and he got attacked. I wonder how that conversation went?

That's why there is fanfic, so people can write what they thought happened.

Hehe! I love reading fan fiction but writing? Nah I'd be rubbish.
If anyone knows of anyone good Fannysmackin' or general Greg stories can the PM them to me. I'd appreciate it.

Fanfic .net is a pretty good website for fictions and you can narrow down by story type and characters.

Spoilers are upsetting me, we better get some Greg time. Sara is gone, he is supposed to get more screen time.

I said this on the spoiler thread but I will say it here too. I am used to Greg not being mentioned in the spoilers because I know it does not mean he is not in the episode, it just means there is little info concerning his character's role. I just have to hope for the best, I know the writers have not forgotten our Greggo!

Well yeah he'll be in the episode but usually it is a short scene or just couple small ones. At least when his name is actually mentioned there is hope for more of him.

I agree even without the mention in a spoiler there is a chance of him being in the ep.

But it's really time again for a Greg arch, hopefully the last new eps of the season. Now that would be sweet. :)

I do not need to have an arch, just having one episode where he is one of the actual main investigators on a case would be nice. I mean I get annoyed when there is a case and you first see him working on it and then suddenly he disappears and seems to no longer be working on the case.

Overall I blame my whining to my new CSI withdrawl.

I am definitely going to check out fan fic.net.
I am guessing that there is no mention of Greg in the spoilers. We have just had You Kill Me in the UK. I am currently doing a re run through season 5 and season 6. I love his character so much.
I also watched some of this other work yesterday. I was Snow Wonder the lifetime movie and another Christmas show he did. He is just so sweet and adorable in everything.

What would be your dream Greg storyline, if you got the chance to write one.
