Is Wikipedia right or not? I'm totally confused!

It sounds like Jake tries to do the right thing but somehow and in someway it backfires. While this may not be his last ep, I think it might be safe to assume that their relationship is probably over. I think we know Calleigh well enough to know that this situation has placed her job in jeopardy, the thing she values most in her life and while Jake is not directly to blame he obviously plays some part in it. So I think she will end up choosing her job over him b/c lets face it, since she has been with Jake her personality and actions (ie the dumb coffee machine comment while working a case and the constant flirting while working) has made her a little reckless and out of character; Something we all know she does not like to be. So I think she come to the realization that while she cares for Jake, she loves her job more.

What this means for E/C in the future....who the hell knows. Obviously this could hamper her desire to get involved with a co worker down the road but Eric and Jake are two different people with very different personalities who have different affects on Cal. Personally, I wouldn't mind seeing Jake still around after this b/c for him to simply leave in this ep after all that has/will happen would be kind of lame. So maybe one or two more eps of things being akward and then him deciding it is time to move on and maybe him asking her to tell him not to go and her not saying anything, I think would be interesting. I definately want him gone but more to the fact I want his relationship with Cal over and done with before that. I hope the writers don't plan on keeping him around too long after this but it seems like his days are numbered. It will be interesting to see how Eric handles Jake coming to him for help...we all know he is going to help Cal anyway ;)

Drommie: I did spot it and what the hell?! I did a CSIM marathon over the summer and I've never seen the "relationship" happened. Either this is from the alt world that just slipped in or the author was just reading too much fanfic. Also, I never knew that Cal's name is so freaking long...I mean Calleigh Ana Annunciata Duquesne? Does that even fit in any bubble sheet? And I don't know anything about her mom other than a confusing relationship with her dad (one ep Duke claimed that he hasn't been drinking anymore and wouldn't want to put Cal's mom through "that" again, and on a different ep Cal's asking Duke if her mom took him back yet but she told Eric last season that her parents have been divorced for 15 years), but is Cal's mom hispanic or mixed? That would be awesome :D

Cal's definitely going to choose her job over Jerkly. It's a huge wake up call for her. And it doesn't matter that Jerkly is still going to be on the upcoming ep after the 19th because that means that they're just polishing up and maybe gonna tie loose end to CaKe's relationship. And maybe after that, jerkly won't make an appearance anymore...ever. Plus, I want to see Cal's process of this decision making and what Delko's role's gonna be. Don't know if any of this needs spoiler box but oh well. :)

Is it the 19th yet? Btw, how's the writers' stike going? anything new?

I dont think we can trust Wikipedia 100%. If all that is true i must have missed a whole season :lol:.I had no idea that was her full name. That is a very long name :lol: I always thought it would be something like Calleigh-Anne (I like that name)

Did anyone notice that while she is talking to Eric in the intarigation room her part is on the right & when they are in the elevator shaft it's on the left?

Knowing Calleigh's personality I definitaly think she will choose her job over Jake. Especially knowing that Jake had something to do the whole thing. And where is he while this whole things happening if he was drinking with her? As for him asking Eric for help, of course he goes to Eric! Eric is the only one who can get through to Calleigh and Jerkely is just finally realizing it.

I definately don't trust Wikipedia. When was the last time it was actually right when it came to their personal info???

In the Tv Guide magazine where it lists the shows to watch for the week...it has Monday's ep listed and of course the pic above the blurb about it, is of E/C hugging :D Gotta love that. It also says, in regards to Emily that "this hour gives Emily Procter a long-overdue chance to shine."

Good God, is it Monday yet? :lol:

Yaa, they flipped the shot to save time. Same corverage, different camera.

I don't like the phrase "Boozed up" at all. It implies too much. But yay to Emily for doing her own stunts, I admire her. I once broke my leg when I had to throw myself down a flight of stairs :lol: The director laughed. But when we watch it we will know it wasn't a stunt double! :) And job/Jake/Jake/job?.... come on!

Can anyone link the promo? I wanna watch again.

And Wikipedia?? Huh?

idk, i'm not really sure I like the article, makes it sound like a lot of good/drama for Jake and Calleigh. I would have prefered if they said more about how Eric will help Calleigh. Because it sounds like Jake and Calleigh's relationship wont imediately end for a while, hence "It's a conflict that will color their relationship for several episodes to come." I really don't know how to take it :( is the color their relationship good or bad. Then again I am sure Calleigh would chose her job over Jake any time.

I love wikipedia, but I'm fairly certain it isn't credible. I had to read through the thing three times before I finally found the offending piece of information...what on earth?!?!?! Someone's been smoking something. As far as Calleigh's middle name goes, I don't know how they got that, but I kind of wonder if that's real as well...maybe who ever made up the date thing made up her middle name (though I don't understand why one would fabricate either one).
Tipping back mimosas? Considering Calleigh's childhood, it would be reasonable to assume that she either doesn't drink or drinks in moderation, and it's entirely possible that she's an alcoholic, but Calleigh loves control. Therefore, the last thing she'd want is to be so completely intoxicated. And even if she was, she has way more sense than to drink then go driving. She's seen first hand what happens. I think I'm more bothered by the insinuations that Calleigh is abusing her alcohol because that seems so out of character for her, you know? Maybe I'm naiive, but I think that the article is making it sound worse than it actually is.

So...I'm watching the eppy with the smarmy men trying to get dates (and Marisol gets busted for pot). Oh I do love Frank Trip: Who the hell worries about a jacket when he’s about to get into someone’s pants?

Oh...and Calleigh definitely just misplaced a modifier. Essentially she said the man's shirt was murdered...okay, not so much? Well I found it funny.

Okay first can I just say, how FREAKING HOT does Calleigh look in that picture of her with her gun on the pavement! Gah, the woman is amazingly gorgeous, wow! Okay that said...I love her little "boys fussing over me" comment, she's too cute! And I love how jazzed she is about getting her ep, she's right by the way, totally time for her to have her chance at action! Now as for Jake asking Eric for help, LOVE that! Finally Mr. Jerkley is coming to realize what we all know, Eric is the one who knows Calleigh best! Sweet! And as for who Calleigh will choose, or what....I agree with y'all...she'll choose her job, because not only does she love her job, but her job means getting to see Eric every day and there is NO way she is going to give that up! ;)

Sooooo cannot wait for Monday! :D

ETA: Okay I am a nerd, I just discovered that On Demand is playing all the latest Miami eppy's and so I went and watched last weeks eppy with the few fun E/C moments and I just had to say...when E/C got their warrant for the clothes and went into the clothes warehouse...Calleigh was the one leading the "charge' and can I just say, the woman has the "Sassy" walk down to perfection! She is the perfect epitome of the confident sashaying woman...no wonder Eric is always staring at her ass! :devil: Just had to say... :lol:

I haven't gone through the whole wiki thing yet, but just off the first page, that address is to a house not an apartment and they have never anywhere at all given us a middle name for her, and she's toolmarks and firearms specialist, not ballistics, so methinks someone is a bit full of it. I'll read the rest later, I'm completely falling asleep. 5 days seems like forever right now :lol:

Lol, I know right! She has got the hip shimmy thing down pat! :devil: I'm willing to bet that's one of several reasons why she is always a step ahead of Eric going into a room...he wants to enjoy the show! :devil: And you can't really blame him! ;)

Lol at Jake asking Eric for help. What an idiot. I hope he doesn't take credit for Eric's good actions, then. The sad part is I totally see him doing just that.

Oh God I just worked 17 hours straight and I have to go back in a few hours for more. Why why why!

Maybe Jake takes credit for it and shamelessly uses that to win back Calleigh but she's too smart for that and kicks him in the face.

4 DAYS TILL MONDAY!!!

I heard that Jerkly won't believe Calleigh's story and that he will try to apologize at the end telling her he's sorry he didn't believe her and whatever. I just find it really hard to believe that if that's the way the story is gonna go that Call will give him a THIRD chance (maybe fourth if you count the "let's cool off because now there's a rule and I love to be Stetler's good boy"). So it's really out of character for Calleigh to keep going back to something like that.

Couple of things I'm looking forward to: Calleigh crying on Eric's shoulder :D - Calleigh crying ;)- Jerkly asking for Eric's help :lol: - Action Calleigh :cool: - Pissed Calleigh :mad: - Cake in danger :D - The obvious truth that Eric's the only one that gets Calleigh :D - Every other shippy moment :D
